Thoughts???
Most people hate this chart because it leaves zero room for excuses. What’s the hardest part about accepting that YOU are 100% responsible for your own happiness? Is it empowering or is it exhausting? Let’s talk about it.

It’s one big mental game that you have with yourself and have to learn to accept that you are in control of your life, whether or not if you are going to have a good day or a bad day, going to be successful or not, letting the outside noise affect your success or not. In the beginning it can be exhausting for those who are stuck in that darkness and not sure how to break out of the blame game of using other as an excuse for why they’re not successful with their goals instead of figuring out a solution for the better. But once your past that blame game after a lot of self reflection and work and or done looking for the attention to receive the praise you hope to get at the end of the goal you feel that empowerment of I’m in full control of my next step or what my future holds and the outside noise no longer effects me and my outcome because of what I’ve accomplished and how I take care of myself and others, then that switch that turns the lights on brings you a whole other feeling of feeling unstoppable.
