@Kev Vassallo When I launch a funnel, the first metric I look at is CTR (Click-Through Rate). Why: - At launch, you’re testing whether your creative, headline, and offer actually grab attention. CTR tells you if people are engaging with the ad and moving into the funnel at all. - If CTR is low, you know the problem is at the ad/creative level there’s no point worrying about CPC, ROAS, or conversions yet because the traffic isn’t even clicking through. - Once CTR is healthy (showing strong interest), then I move to CPC (how efficiently I’m buying traffic), then conversion rate (is the funnel converting), and finally ROAS (overall profitability). This step-by-step approach helps isolate where issues are in the funnel instead of trying to fix everything at once.
