❌ woke up at 7am and woke up at 7.30am ✅Made my bed ✅Cleaned my room ✅Journal ✅Healthy breakfast ✅Skincare ❌2L of Water ✅Brushed my teeth ✅Emptied the dishwasher ✅Did my hair ✅Ran and did a quick workout ✅Went to sleep at 11pm ✅Did my to- do list ✅Did my nails ❌Screen time: not exacly proud od it. Does anyone have any idea how I can make it better? I am also very proud that I did the workout. What are you the most proud of today?

THANK YOU, EVERYONE! 🌿✨ I just wanted to take a moment to thank this amazing group for sharing so many simple and healthy food ideas! 💚 Lately, I’ve started trying out a few of the breakfast recipes from the group and honestly, I feel so much lighter, more energized, and in a better mood each morning. Today, I kicked off my day with a super easy overnight oats with banana, chia seeds, and a touch of honey – quick, tasty, and keeps me full! 😋🥣 Who says healthy eating has to be boring? Thanks to all of you, I’m feeling more inspired to take care of myself, starting with small daily habits. Grateful for this community – and sending good vibes for a strong, happy day ahead! 🌞💪If anyone has quick lunch ideas to recommend, drop them in the comments please! ⬇️

There was a time I dreaded looking in the mirror because of my hair…
I don’t know if anyone else has been through this, but there was a phase when I was losing so much hair that just brushing it made me anxious. I felt helpless—not knowing what was really causing it. After some checkups and research, I found out I was lacking key vitamins—especially Vitamin D, Biotin, and B12. I honestly didn’t realize how much nutrient deficiencies could affect hair. I started changing my diet, adding supplements like Vitamin C, D, E, and Omega-3 (with guidance from a doctor). More importantly, I made time to take better care of myself—sleeping earlier, eating better, and managing stress. Nothing changed overnight, but after about 2 months, my hair loss slowed down and my hair started feeling thicker and stronger. At that point, I just wanted to say to anyone going through the same thing:👉 “You’re not alone, and it can get better—but you need to be patient with your body.” I’m sharing this in case someone out there needs a little hope and direction.If you’ve experienced something similar, feel free to share your story—someone else might need it today 💛
