I don’t know if anyone else has been through this, but there was a phase when I was losing so much hair that just brushing it made me anxious. I felt helpless—not knowing what was really causing it.
After some checkups and research, I found out I was lacking key vitamins—especially Vitamin D, Biotin, and B12. I honestly didn’t realize how much nutrient deficiencies could affect hair.
I started changing my diet, adding supplements like Vitamin C, D, E, and Omega-3 (with guidance from a doctor). More importantly, I made time to take better care of myself—sleeping earlier, eating better, and managing stress.
Nothing changed overnight, but after about 2 months, my hair loss slowed down and my hair started feeling thicker and stronger. At that point, I just wanted to say to anyone going through the same thing:👉 “You’re not alone, and it can get better—but you need to be patient with your body.”
I’m sharing this in case someone out there needs a little hope and direction. If you’ve experienced something similar, feel free to share your story—someone else might need it today 💛
