Humming is instantly grounding for me. By the 2nd or 3rd breath I’m able to detach from spiraling thoughts and really be present in my body. So simple and effective!

I did this before bed last night and it was amazing! Much needed rest and recharge for what I’m growing thru right now.
Contemplation
Hi all! Apologies for the silence. I took a last minute flight to support my mom through her sister going into hospice. We are about soon to board our flight home and I am just thinking about how these moments remind us of our limited time here. How do I really want to spend it? What is important to me in this stage of life? Some things are so trivial… Hug your people and tell them you love them. Time for contemplation.

Why this matters:When our minds are cluttered with to-do’s, worries, or lingering thoughts, it’s harder to make confident decisions. Research on expressive writing (James Pennebaker, PhD) shows that putting your thoughts on paper can reduce mental load and open space for new ideas to flow. Pre-Session Prompt (write in your journal or you companion guide) What’s been taking up the most space in my mind lately? How is it affecting my ability to make clear decisions? Sound Bath: As you begin today’s sound bath, imagine each sound wave gently sweeping away the mental clutter you’ve named, leaving you with more space and lightness. Reset Room : Increase Energy Track : Ready Choose either the 10min or the 30min Post-Session Reflection: After listening, which thoughts feel quieter or lighter? Did any new clarity or perspective emerge? Optional Share with the Group: Did you choose the 10 or the 30min track? Really looking forward to this! Do we just do the amount of time we have available each day or do you recommend doing 3 sessions, all 3 lengths? Does that make sense?
