Struggling with currency for Confidence Coaching for men
Hi, I'm working on a coaching model that increases confidence for men, at first I thought confidence was a good enough currency, now I'm thinking it's not specific enough. Nobody wakes up just wanting confience for the sake of confidence, I guess the lack of confidence prevents them from being or having something which is what they really want. Other life coaches, do you have the same problem with currency? Thinks like success, joy, confidence, etc just don't seem specific enough as "Launch your high ticket program in 14 days" or "increase revenue by XX%" Thanks guys

Let me explain a bit more, the coaching divides life in 8 areas. I help them achieve clarity, purpose and build a strategy for each area, so they can improve and "balance" them so they can live more fulfilled lives. As I am writing this, the word purpose stands out, but I feel it is as vague as confidence, I think. Now I'm thinking lifestyle, could lifestyle be a currency? Purposeful lifestyle 🤣 Looks easier when Aaron does it 😆

thanks everybody really insightful comments and I think I'm getting closer. But about 10 mins ago I had an idea, and would love to hear your thoughts. Posted here: https://www.skool.com/growthworks-community/creating-your-own-currency
Creating your own currency?
Ok as I posted before I'm struggling with finding the right currency for my business. The business is Coaching for men, it helps them gain clarity on what they really want in 8 areas of life, and create strategies and habits for them to achieve them. Creating a kind of balance within their lives and fulfillment. I haven't been able to find the right currency, I mean when I do the inception and see one Area (eg Health and fitness or Identity) it is easier to do it, but not for the whole coaching program. So I was doing some brainstorming and thought "If I can't define it, why not create it?" Ok bear with me, this is a rough idea, I had it 5 minutes ago and needs refining but thought I would share to hear your thoughts about it. What if I was to create some sort of quiz or test to take to find your "Life fulfillment/confidence (or whatever) Index" then according to your scores in each area, it would give you a score, and describe the pains of being at that score and the benefits of raising it. Then I thought, fulfillment, confidence etc are too broad and vague to be currencies, right? But the fulfillement Index or confidence index is not, and my currency is to raise it, and I have already told you the pain of being a "6" (or whatever), and the life vision and benefits of being an 8, 9 or 10. Thoughts?
I Hope Aaron Fletcher Doesn’t Get Mad at me :(
GUYS I DID IT ! I hope Aaron doesn’t get pissed at me. I don’t even know if i should share this! But I turn chat GBT and Google bard into my two personal Aaron Fletcher mentors and business coaches that are 1. Writing out all my MDM’s as if Aaron was writing them himself 2. Discovering multiple core currencies and secondary currencies for my target markets! 3.creating my 9 step road map as If I had Aaron standing over my shoulder to guide me at the keyboard. 4. Identifies the pains and frustrations of my target market for me .I spent 16 hours training them in the Fletcher Method and all the principles of Growthworks. Now look what I got them doing for me!. This is amazing. I have saved easily 40 hours of work because of this technology. The key to all this…..TRAIN YOUR AI!!!! QUALITY IMPUT————>QUALITY OUTPUT!!!!PERIOD!!!!!! It’s worth the time and effort to do so. I can now also use this to help my clients with their marketing the Fletcher method way with less work. As a growthworks enterprise owner it will be a lot easier to offer DFY services to clients using the growthworks system. That’s the best use for us as growthworks enterprise owners. PS Aaron …please don’t be mad at me and kick me out of SKOOL;)

Can you please share the prompts? How did you feed/train it before hand?
Asking for input: What is the "Currency" for Non-Profits
I am working with several non-profits that are having difficulty getting donors. Since non-profits have three distinctly different audiences - the donor, the volunteer and the person that consumes the services I need to come up with an over-arching message that drives all three. One in paticular provides financial literacy and entrepreneur education to the classroom of 4th, 8th and 11th/12th grades. We've having trouble getting volunteers and donations. It's not warm and fuzzy or emotional like animals or kids going hungry. What are some suggestions for pain points (increase/decrease) metrics that I can use to help increase donations and volunteers? @Aaron Fletcher

@Kate Bourland I don't see your cause as financial literacy. Financial literacy is the vehicle, ending poverty might be your cause. How? Attacking it from the root, teaching children about financial literacy. Just an example, maybe the cause is something else. Think about cause as the end, not your product. Your donors and volunteers are the heros of the story, they want to change the wolrd. Financial literacy might not sound as sexy as saving kittens, but show them how important it is to end poverty, hunger or whatever you are after, show them the virtuous cycle of one kid making it, and then being able to help 3 more. I might jsut be way off base, but think your currency is somewhere in there.
