It's day one for me, and i had advocado eggs, blueberries and yoghurt for breakfast, cottage cheese and salad for lumch and i am having a chicken and veg traybake for dinner, but can i have any snacks, the evenings are the worst time for me?

Breakfast was 2 fried eggs, apple and yogurt. Lunch was a couple ounces of left over garlic chicken and a lovely strawberry chicken salad - I added some mushrooms and pecans. Such a yummy salad!😃😃

On the mend..,
Woke up Monday morning with a very stiff neck…only managed one Lvl 2 exercise…Tuesday morning awoke and could barely move my neck left or right…had to have my exercise rest day, neck far too restricted to move left or right… headed to work after walking the dog minimally but was in pain and miserable all day…lots of voltaren gel, a couple of massages, an early night to rest and I woke up almost back to normal! Eased back into it with a level 1 & level 2 fit bit…hopefully after work I can add a longer session. Have a lovely day / evening everyone. 😊☀️🌻💙
