Hope it goes well man, I like the concept, I noticed im constricting many instructional in fkn double speed because there’s so much jus word soup between things that are important, I like the sentiment of jus getting to the mains points highlighted through dilemmas in your instructional and other products

Hey everyone! 👋 My name is Brandon Roberts. (I'm the guy with hair in the photo 😂) I’ve been an online strength and conditioning/performance coach for jiu-jitsu athletes since 2025. I've even taught Strength & Conditioning classes at Red's and Primal Mke for a bit, but that's ancient history haha I've been in the online fitness coaching space since 2020 but recently pivoted my entire brand to focus only on jiu-jitsu. It’s something I’m genuinely passionate about and could talk about probably every day effortlessly, so why not go all in. I’m currently a purple belt at Wanderley BJJ, I’ve competed in BJJ & MMA before, and I train and live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a huge world hotspot of Martial Arts Talent! Also I recognized several collabs of gym owners near me! I’m a big fan of the work Dominick has done in such a short amount of time, he has a massive future in the BJJ community, & so I’m excited to be here as early as I am. I started online coaching years ago in the weight loss space and helped people lose fat online. I’ve personally lost over 100 pounds myself before ever becoming a personal trainer & eventually online coach. Since 2020, I learned how to do some digital marketing, high/low ticket selling, building funnels, websites, email campaigns and run an online fitness program that reached 10K months. And in 2025 I've shifted everything over to my beloved jiu-jitsu athletes. Jiu-jitsu is what I care about most, and it’s who I want to serve. I basically do my best to get BJJ guys to pick up a dumbbell for once in their live's 😂💪😎 I believe strength and conditioning should help us train longer, feel better, dominate and stay on the mats. I’ve had a few jiu-jitsu related reels pop off already, and I'm happy to share my best strategies that worked for me for driving views and engagement, but I’m still early and learning as I go. I’m looking forward to learning from all of you, sharing what I know, and growing together. I believe we can all crush it and monetize our skillsets bigtime in the BJJ with the right recipe that works for us!

Good to hear you're in the SnC space for bjj, with bjj's growth it's good to see more people promoting SnC to support their training and performance.
Want people to buy your BJJ products?
MARKET MORE. People forget after 5 scrolls. What makes you think they wont forget after 24 hours? You market to them till they buy or till they die. I’ve noticed on days i post about my dilemma cards i get 10x more sales than days i dont.

Do you think it’s worth having products ready and available for people to access before you start advertising via socials? Did you have you dilemma cards at the ready before you started growing your ig?
Tweet carousels for BJJ?
I used AI to create a carousel for bjj content creators. What do you guys think? I think these could be an awesome easy content style to make

@William Brown you can use it to extrapolate ideas and give you examples of how it can be presented in videos or writing, but when it comes to releasing the l final product it’ll be better to have your human touch I think if making what I do more efficient with AI not taking over completely
Any tips for more views and engagement?
Here is an example of one of my “better” recent technique videos. I typically get between 1000-3000 views and not many likes and or comments. I have been posting at least once a day sometimes twice for about a month now. Another thing I could use some tips on: I sometimes record with a tripod and iphone with the -.5 zoom but I still end up rolling off camera a lot of the time. Any tips for better angles or settings to use. I don’t want to be so far away from the camera to where you can’t see anything and ruin the quality of the video even though I have a clip on microphone. Any tips to help improve in these areas?

Points in the video are great but how it’s delivered could use some touch ups. HOOKS: - the first 3 seconds matter most for retention so you need to say something that the person viewing finds valuable - You could run phrases like the following: “Still failing the berimbolo? Try this” , or “when I started doing these things I started to hit berimbolos way more often” , then you can coming your explanation Stating a problem before you provide the solution is a really good way to structure your content I always think about what problems am I solving for people when they watch this video I’m still learning this myself Hope that helps
