If you're stuck in Procrastination Loop then read this
You're waiting for the "Perfect Moment" to start the life you want. But your "one day" mindset keeps you stuck in the same place every time. Because the "Perfect Moment" doesn't exist. So nothing changes until you start. Here are some key points to break procrastination loop- ✅ 1. The 2-Minute Rule Your brain resists big tasks, not small actions. So make every task so small that your brain can’t reject it. Examples: Instead of “Study 1 hour” → “Study 2 minutes.” Instead of “Go to gym” → “Wear gym shoes.” Once you start, momentum takes over. ✅ 2. Make it Obvious (Remove friction) Procrastination happens because your environment encourages it. Fix: Keep your phone in another room while working, keep your workspace clean, keep your tools visible (books on your desk, water bottle near you) Environment > Motivation. ✅ 3. Time Blocking (Give your brain clarity) Your brain avoids tasks when it doesn’t know when or how long it will take. Do this: Pick a time block → 25 minutes focus + 5 minutes break. (Pomodoro) Repeat 2–3 times. ✅ 4. Dopamine Replacement (Stop the scroll) Your brain gets instant dopamine from TikTok/YouTube/scrolling, so real work feels “boring.” Replace bad dopamine with good dopamine. Swap: 5 min scrolling → 5 min walking Music + work instead of TikTok Reward yourself after finishing (coffee/snack) ✅ 5. Use “The 5-Second Rule” When you think of doing something, count down: 5…4…3…2…1 → Start immediately. This breaks overthinking. ✅ 6. Identity Shift (Most powerful) Stop saying: ❌ “I procrastinate.” Instead say: ✔️ “I am someone who finishes what I start.” Your actions will follow your identity. ✅ 7. One Goal at a Time Procrastination often comes from too much on your plate. Choose one priority per day, not ten.

Most of your stress isn’t from life it’s from the stories your mind creates.
Agr mai such bolon to Zindagi itni mushkil nahi hoti jitna hamara dimag usse mushkil bana deta hai. Half of the time, we’re not tired because life is tough we’re tired because our mind keeps creating drama that doesn’t even exist in reality. Hum sochte rehte hain Yaar kya pata kal kya ho jaye. Shayad galat decision le raha hoon. Log kya sochenge. agr ya cheeze mai start karon agr fail hogya to. Ya phir yeh bhi ho sakta ha. But the moment you say Bas! Har thought ko importance nahi dunga/dungi. life becomes lighter So breathe....... Detach from the useless stories And live what’s real, not what your mind is cooking Because jab hum apni soch control karna seekh lete ho, hum apni zindagi control kar lete ho.

Day 6 | Dec 10th, 2025
5:10 AM – Win of the Day Start Woke up early, prayed Tahajjud and Fajr. Talked to Allah about a few things and felt like some of them already worked in my favor. Slept again afterward. 9:30 AM Received a call from an HR regarding a company I applied to. She asked for a screening interview at 11:00 AM—I said yes. 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Got up, freshened up, and got ready for the interview. Light wasn’t available since morning and laptop battery was low, but still managed everything. 11:00 AM Had the screening interview, and Alhamdulillah, it went well. 11:30 AM – Breakfast 12:00 PM Got another call from the same company confirming an in-person interview tomorrow at 9:30 AM. 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Read half of Chapter 6 from The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F and completed some pending work. 1:45 PM Prayed Zuhr and did Zikr. 2:15 PM – Lunch 3:00 PM Recited Surah Rehman and Surah Waqiah, scrolled Instagram afterward. 4:00 PM Received a call from an outstation friend who was in town and wanted to meet. Between 4:30–5:30 PM Prayed Asr, took bath, got ready. 5:40 PM Went with her to a coffee place. It was a long-awaited reunion and a really good catch-up. Around 7:45 PM – Came back home We were expecting my mamu and his family as they returned to Pakistan after a long time. 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM Prepared Chinese dinner at home—egg fried rice, manchurian, and egg pudding for dessert. 10:00 PM They arrived. Had dinner together and spent time catching up until around 11:00 PM. 11:00 PM – End of Day Came to room, arranged clothes for tomorrow’s interview, prayed Isha, and ended the day. Wins of Today ✓ Woke up early for Tahajjud and Fajr ✓ Completed reading half of Chapter 6 ✓ Screening interview went well ✓ Got an in-person interview for tomorrow ✓ Recited Surah Rehman & Surah Waqiah ✓ Good time with a long-distance friend ✓ Family time + cooking for everyone Intentions for Tomorrow → Be confident and calm during the interview → Continue with the course → Maintain prayers on time

First Girl's Session!
Kudos to team for realizing the fact that it's important to have separate sessions 🫡 Loved the heart to heart conversation. Looking forward to such unlimited sessions. Recommendation: Read - Chapter 2 of Power of Now Eckhart Tolle i.e. You are not your brain!

@Rubab Tanveer The most powerful thing I learned from The Power of Now is this: “Life is happening only in this exact moment when you stop living in the past and stop fearing the future, you finally feel peace.” That one realization makes you softer, calmer, and more grateful, because suddenly you understand that this moment—right now—is all you truly have.

When Life Gives You Peace… and Then Tests Your Patience
I’ve been missing from here for a few days because I was on a class trip to Shogran and Siri Paye. The trip was honestly refreshing fresh air, beautiful views, and a break I didn’t realize I needed. But coming back felt like hitting a wall. The day I returned, I withdrew 70k from an ATM… and I lost it. Just like that. One moment of carelessness, and the whole amount was gone. It’s the kind of mistake that hits you in the chest and keeps replaying in your mind. I’m not going to pretend it didn’t mess me up. It did. You feel stupid, angry, and helpless all at once. But the truth is, life doesn’t pause for your frustration. Sometimes it lifts you up, and sometimes it knocks the breath out of you without warning. Right now, all I can do is accept it and move forward. There’s no rewind button, no fix, just patience and the hope that better days balance out the rough ones. Just wanted to share what happened and why I disappeared. Getting back to routine now. P.S. Adding a picture from the trip — a small reminder of the peaceful moments.
