Hello everyone, Quite a few of you already know me. Not sure if I mentioned this before but I have what some call Scrupulosity aka Religious OCD. I didn't really have language before for this about 2 years ago but as I started going to trauma therapy October last year and I've hit a year with my current job which I wanna get out of soon, I just kinda realized one of my few joys is voice acting. Scrupulosity causes quite a bit of chronic weariness along with addictions that bring me to my knees some days. Makes it hard to see a future with voice acting but I listened to Chloe Elmore's interview with Jake. Gave me a bit of hope for what I could do in the future especially since I finally started listening to my voice without cringing in a voice recording the other day. Maybe that's not much but I just wanted to share a victory and see if y'all had any victories early in your voice acting career. Hope to continue stacking on victories as I heal and speak kind words to myself!

Praise the Lord, I finally got through to Chris Wall with the Wingfeather Saga and he is sending my audition to the casting director! Hurray! Please pray I get whatever role God wants for me. I especially am hoping for Arundelle. Thank y'all for praying!

There was a particular email in my box yesterday. It turns out I made the cut for one of the Voice talent rosters I sent for. I’m very glad!

My youngest daughter Ally Grace loves the Andy Griffith Show and she wanted to show you all some impersonations on tonight’s call.

Today in English class, I read an excerpt from Lady Macduff in "Macbeth," and since it's set in Scotland, I gave her a Scottish accent. It made me chuckle a little when a peer told me I should be a voice actor. When I first started, I really felt terrible at voice acting, but there has been so much encouragement here, and the practices have been so helpful! I know there are still so many ways in which I can grow, but it was really neat to get that little bit of affirmation today.
