Sacha Inchi Super Seeds
Ancient Super Seed for Modern Wellness Have you tried Sacha Inchi yet? This ancient seed, also known as the “Incan Peanut” is a powerhouse for your health and longevity. Just 2 tablespoons of these mighty seeds pack: 9g of complete plant protein, rich in all essential amino acids to support muscle repair and energy. 5g of fiber, to nourish your gut microbes and support healthy digestion. Zero net carbs, perfect for low-carb, keto, and blood sugar-friendly lifestyles. A wealth of omega-3 fatty acids (ALA), promoting brain health, glowing skin, and lowering inflammation. Unlike traditional nuts, Sacha Inchi is naturally nut-free and highly digestible. Plus, its slightly nutty, earthy flavor makes it an easy addition to smoothies, salads, or just as a crunchy snack. Why it’s a Longevity Key: - Supports microbiome diversity with prebiotic fiber. - Fuels hormonal balance and brain function with plant-based omega-3s. - Provides clean protein to keep your body strong and resilient. Try sprinkling Sacha Inchi on your next salad or blend into your smoothie for a nutrient boost. Your body (and gut microbes!) will thank you. Have you tried Sacha Inchi? If so, how do you like to use it? Post your favorite ways!

Bone Broth
At the end of the process of making Bone Broth is it necessary to strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the solids? IF it is necessary to strain - is there an option other then the mesh sieve recommended in the recipe I found? I assume it is best I make my own broth. OR is there a broth out there that can be purchased?? Is it obvious I read the section on hydration today :) THANKS !! Hope everyone has been enjoying their day

You want a fine mesh strainer and if you want a clearer broth then through nut milk bag. You can also buy it fresh at the farmer's market.

Watermelon Rind👏👏👏
Several years ago, Eloise enlightened me about blending both the red flesh & white rind in a blender🍉🍉🍉 It’s full of good fiber plus I add a scoop of the prebiotic fiber. It tastes Heavenly & my Microbiome has a picnic🙌
