At the end of the process of making Bone Broth is it necessary to strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the solids? IF it is necessary to strain - is there an option other then the mesh sieve recommended in the recipe I found?
I assume it is best I make my own broth. OR is there a broth out there that can be purchased?? Is it obvious I read the section on hydration today :)
