3 weeks of cold shower mornings!
It works - thank you so much @Jim Ebbelaar ) in the mornings I start with a glass of water with electrolytes (disgusting but doable- I never drink enough water), sitting out in my garden for the light, forgoing my usual coffee), then do 5-15 mins exercise (whatever I feel like) or walk or occasionally if pushed just a plank for as long as possible up to 1min 45 secs so far. Then hot shower followed by 90 secs to 2 mins cold. Not that cold at this time of year - might be a lot harder in December! I’m laughing and smiling while in the cold - it’s somehow hilariously funny to me. Gives me such a buzz. Then let my body get warm naturally before grabbing a towel. I’m also taking a lions mane supplement in the morning (for brain function) and magnesium glycinate at night an hour before bed. It’s honestly changed my life. I don’t want to go back to how I was feeling. I think I’ve just saved my business- I teach baby signing and my classes haven’t been this full in years because I am sitting down at my desk and doing the admin, getting back to people quickly and closing enquiries into sales! Waking up naturally now just before my alarm at 7. The thing I’m not completely consistent with is getting to bed at the same time. I think I might need to delete my Netflix account because there’s some REALLY GOOD stuff on there! 🤣 I’ve gone past midnight on a few occasions but nothing like how late I used to go to bed. And woke up feeling terrible and having to have afternoon naps after my classes. Now I’m working instead of napping! The biggest game changer for me must be the cold shower- don’t skip this one. Second is movement/exercise and of course both these help sleep!! Good luck everyone and thank you Jim!! 💪🥶🚿😴😃❤️

@Judy Hamilton yes, I'm feeling much better afterwards, so dedication becomes easy then 😍

@Sukie Green Haha, I’m happy to be your kind of weirdo. Yeah, sometimes I wonder if I’m being too obsessive, but then I tell myself: "No, don't go down that train of thought." It does sometimes seem like we ADHDers hold onto bad patterns for a long time and often sabotage ourselves when things are actually going well.
Great Challenge!
Thank you very much Jim for the free harmony blueprint. I am happy to have such a great reference guide. The challenge made it very clear to me where my stumbling blocks lie regarding my undiagnosed ADD/ADHD. I didn't discover I had ADHD until I was around 60. That’s when I started reading and watching videos like crazy. I also read some of Gabor Maté’s work; I find his perspective really interesting. But your challenge is truly exceptional. So again: thank you very much for this great opportunity!

Hi Elisabeth, I received this via email. Everyone who attended the live session was supposed to receive the blueprint.

@Melody Vi Thank you for your warm 🥰 reaction, really appreciate that!
The real reason you struggle to finish what you start
"Jim doesn't apply himself." That's a real sentence from my elementary school reports. I found them a few years ago, while I was rebuilding my life after my burnout. Black on white: "Jim doesn't apply himself." "Jim is easily distracted." "Jim has potential, but." Here's the part that got me. I had no memory of any of it. But some part of me clearly did. Because I spent the next twenty years proving those sentences right. Starting things and abandoning them. Calling myself lazy. Collecting 30K worth of unfinished courses as evidence. And that's the realization I promised you on Friday: Every app, planner and course I ever bought was trying to change what I DO. But underneath what you do, something else is running that decides everything: the story of who you believe you are. Sentences installed by teachers, parents, bosses, a system that was never built for your brain. Most of them before you turned ten. You never chose them. You don't remember agreeing to them. And they've been quietly running your life ever since. Those sentences are where the daily stuff actually comes from. The procrastination. The overwhelm at a normal to-do list. The anxiety. The overthinking. The fear of being judged. You think you have a productivity problem. You have old beliefs with productivity symptoms. The difference between "I am lazy" and "I have a belief that says I'm lazy" is huge. One is a life sentence. The other is code you can rewrite. That is what makes this challenge differente. Not just productivity tips. Five days where we go underneath the behavior, find who you were before those sentences, and start closing the gap between who you are right now and who you're actually built to be. This is the work that changed my life. Not the apps. This. Last Friday, many of you shared your intention for this challenge. I read every single one, and most of them are versions of the same wish: to finally finish something, to stop fighting yourself.

REPLAY IS UP, DAY 1 WAS 🔥
MAKE SURE TO READ THIS! I started with asking a question: how familiar is this cycle? New thing, two weeks of hype, one missed day, shame, quit. Almost every answer was a 10. If that's you, Day 1 is the most important 27 minutes of your week (and probably more then that ;) By the end you'll know why nothing you tried has ever stuck. Not the apps, not the planners, not the courses. And why that was never a discipline problem, and never a you problem. You'll also meet the model behind this whole week: the gap between your current self and the future self you stopped daring to imagine. ▶️ Watch the replay here. Missed the live session? Good, read this twice: This is exactly the moment the old pattern whispers "I'm already behind." Missing a session is human. Disappearing is the pattern. That pattern is the thing we're breaking this week, so press play tonight. And tomorrow it gets uncomfortable. Day 2 is called Your Invisible Cage: masking, people pleasing, overachieving, and who you actually are underneath. For a lot of people this is the day things start to shift. It builds directly on Day 1, so watch the replay before then. We're live again tomorrow at 18:00 CEST · 17:00 UK · 12:00pm ET · 9:00am PT · 02:00 next day AEST. 👇 Comment REPLAY to commit and let us know you will watch it. If you finished day 1, let us know your biggest insights. With love, 💛 Jim
