Earlier this year I bought some cheap ads on a “Side Hustle Newsletter”…(Using Shogun Traffic Method) They were extremely profitable. So profitable I bought ads for months out (even cheaper)… Then we made a soft offer to buy the newsletter. We Zoomed… We worked a deal and I ended up buying the whole newsletter with about 5,000 subs on Substack and 5,000 on Medium (with overlapping subs)… Investment? $5,000. I turned it over to Jimmy to monetize… And it took a couple months to get our sea legs on. But last month we did $720 from subscription revenue alone. That’s 170% annualized return just from subscription revenue. We have a DOZEN monetization paths from one investment. From AI tools to sponsorships. To bolting on a community which is one of the most lucrative and fun investments which adds another dozen monetization paths. I’ve only written one email to the list. Jimmy is handling the rest 100% hands off for me. We’ve got a 60/40 split. I get 60 because I cover all the expenses. I see the subscription revenue alone to grow to $5k a month by this time next year. Not bad for a $5k investment. Newsletters are just ONE perfect 5th Quadrant Investment. You can use Shogun Traffic Method to vet them out and KNOW they’ll be profitable before you buy them. Now for contrast… I also own a closed end fund which returns $5800 a year (5.8% fed tax free on $100k) but I’d need over $150,000 to make $720 per month. Finding another 5th Quadrant Investment to cash flow $720 a month is way faster and more fun than saving up 150 gees. I just made one in AI that was $1000 for a year and I’m already at $500+ a month. Right now… Sitting in the Serve No Master Kajabi portal… …are the 2 1/2 days of recordings, transcripts and manual on investing in 5th Quadrant investments which I get disappointed if they don’t return 100% annually at least. I’m happier with 100% a month returns. I also want them to be HANDS OFF with all I do is keep an eye on them or strategize how to squeeze more juice from the fruit.

YES! Unless you ALREADY know how to get 100% to 1000% investment returns. And you don’t need to learn THAT even… …if you’re ok taking years to save up $1 or $2 million for 10% returns in real estate or the stock market. It will also take PRACTICE! You can earn while you learn on small micro investments of as little as $200 that can get $200 + a month returns. (Or you can practice saving the million or two and going the traditional 30 year route.) …nobody is born an investor. And NOBODY I know of is teaching 5Th Quadrant investments. So if you hate learning something new… Serve No Master will suck for you and I’d totally pass and stick with the old save and pray route.
