CRM Transition: Redtail to Wealthbox
I see several questions about switching CRMs over the last year. I am the decision maker trying to decide if make the investment in switching. These are my lingering questions: Has anyone completed a transition from Redtail to Wealthbox? What were your biggest challenges? What do you wish you would have known before making the decision to switch? Do you agree that your decision to switch was a good one? Is the switch just a matter of UI preferences or are there material differences that make the change worth it? Does Wealthbox do a better, same or worse job at managing client review dates/meeting reminders? Have the automations improved or are they still managed through an integration like Zapier? Does anyone use Wealthbox and SEI as your Custodian? Are there integrations between the CRM and Custodian that work well?

I wanted to update the community that after several months of research, we decided to switch to a different CRM called LeadCenter.AI. We are loving it! The development team is so responsive and their personal onboarding has made the transition nearly seamless. We are using the functionality of this CRM more than we did with Redtail. It has shortened our tech stack because we don't have to add additional tools to make calendar reminders and other automations work. We are developing some internal reports that LeadCenter will deploy for us. Our cost is similar to what we paid for Redtail without the cost of additional tech solutions. So far we are pleased with our decision.
New Hire Interview Tools
Thank you for the New Hire Workflow and tools. Do you have particular interview questions that have been most helpful for you in assessing if the candidate is qualified for the job you are hiring? Not the standing what's your best/least qualities, but that really drill down on whether the applicant is the right fit?
Redtail Review Reminders
We currently use a spreadsheet for annual review scheduling - Client by Month. As we grow this is not sustainable, obviously. What is helpful is that if they haven't scheduled their meeting we can go back and send additional reminders. In Redtail, I have set up a Keyword month for each client so I can generate a group to send a bulk email to invite them to schedule their meeting. What is the best way for me to track who hasn't scheduled so I can send reminders? Is there another field I can enter? It doesn't seem that tracking by Annual Review in Know your Client will work.

Scheduling meetings with multiple team members
We are trying to find a scheduling solution (ex. Calendly, Zoom Scheduler) that will make it easy for us to offer times to clients/prospects that work for multiple team members. Anyone have a tool they like for this?

We are using Bookings in Teams. We had to create various bookings pages for all of the possible combinations so they set up took a little time, but as long as you share the appropriate link you can book a meeting with various advisors/team members through one link.
