Sellers Leads
Quick question for wholesalers.What do you usually do with seller leads that don't work for your cash buyers?

@Larry Niskey My VAs handle most of that they tag and follow up with those leads, re-qualify motivation over time, and recycle them when the numbers start to make sense or a different buyer fit comes up.
Full Time
Recently resigned from my job for personal reasons, took a few weeks off to get right. Now I'm all the way in full time wholesaling starting today. My intial goal is to crack a deal within 60 days from now. All advice and tips or welcomed especially from those who have been in a simualar situations. Encouragement and solid partnerships are also welcomed. Its Monday and it's money out there waiting for us to get it. Be great!

@Richard Parker biggest advice is to stay consistent with your daily KPIs and don’t get discouraged by quiet days, momentum usually hits right before that first deal. Focus on talking to sellers every day, follow up aggressively, and lock in solid buyers early so you’re not scrambling once you’re under contract. The 60-day goal is realistic if you treat it like a job and protect your mindset. Plenty of money out there just gotta stay in front of it. Wishing you a strong run, you got this.
