🌱 Plant-Based, Unfiltered:Q&A with Chef Jen/1st Halls Event
Curious about plant-based eating but have questions? Bring ’em. ALL of ’em. 😆 Join Chef Jen for a casual, no-pressure conversation about what eating plant-based actually looks like in real life. Jen will share her own journey from longtime meat-and-dairy eater to going plant-based practically overnight, what she learned along the way, how her health changed, what she eats now, and why she believes eating more plants doesn’t have to mean sad salads, complicated recipes, or giving up food you freaking LOVE. We’ll talk food, health, protein, grocery shopping, cooking, transitioning to plant-based, feeding non-vegan family members, common misconceptions, and whatever else YOU want to ask. No perfection. No food shaming. No plant-based police. 🚨🥦 Just real food, real experiences, lots of laughs, and an open Q&A. Come curious. Leave hungry. 🌱 The Healthy Halls of Skool, Thursday August 20, 2026 @ 3 pm PST/6 pm EDT JOIN US!

I bet everyone is thinking about sex here or foreplay :) 26 seconds (so almost half a minute) was the perfect kiss according to a poll that was done long time ago (when I was young). I run various experiments. Yes, 26 seconds make a good kiss, not too short, not too long.

👀 The Health Side of Skool Needs More Visibility!
There are communities on Skool for nutrition, fitness, menopause, healthy eating, chronic illness, mental wellness, self-improvement, and probably a hundred other health-related topics. But... how often do you actually SEE them? @Lynne Vella and I were chatting about this recently. She mentioned that when she browses around Skool, she sees plenty of communities focused on business, marketing, tech, and building on Skool, but the health-related communities seem much harder to find. And I think she’s onto something. So, she created 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹, a brand-new free community designed to help health-related Skools get discovered by the Skoolers who are actually looking for that kind of help. The community is VERY new, so I can’t tell you yet what it will become. But I think the idea behind it is pretty stellar and definitely deserving of a look! If you own a health or wellness-related Skool community, I think 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 is worth checking out and getting involved in while Lynne is building it. And if you’re looking for a community to help you with something health-related, well... that’s exactly who she hopes to help too. 👉 Check out 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 here. 👉 And Ask Lynne: Health Educator here.

If only 25% lie about it, my guess it´s "I really like your gift"
