Success in Africa: Capital vs. Consistency?
Success in Africa: Capital vs. Consistency? 📈 Ma'am Sentini’s post about the billion-dollar market in Africa (starting with Ghana 🇬🇭) got me thinking about what it actually takes to win here In your opinion, what is the most important "currency" for a diaspora entrepreneur? Is it A) Financial Capital (The funds to scale) B) Social Capital (The right local connections) C) Cultural Intelligence (Understanding how things work on the ground) I’m leaning towards B! What do you think please? And I'm a Ghanaian and this where I'm based and an emerging young entrepreneur I know why I'm leaning towards B 😅

What’s your biggest "bottleneck" right now? 🏗️
Mr@Jerry Adams post earlier about capital really got me thinking. Often we think we need money, but maybe we just need better systems. Of which we can work on that before we look for the capital I’m curious—for those of you already running your business, what is the one thing currently stopping you from hitting your next milestone? Curious to hear your thoughts!
First Tea break🍵 Recap video: Stop overthinking your posts
If you find yourself stuck on what to post, here’s a simple shift that helps. Don’t start with design. Start with one sentence. One thought you shared in a meeting, One line from your notes, One thing you said out loud today That sentence is already content! To turn it into a tweet like post in Canva: • Open Canva and search “Twitter post” or “quote post” • Choose a clean layout with lots of white space • Use one readable font, not more than two • Keep the text short and centered • Add your name or brand small at the bottom That’s it. You don’t need: • long captions • perfect wording • daily posting Consistency comes from simplicity, not pressure. If a sentence resonates with you, it will resonate with someone else too. Post it!

TIPS TO START YOUR OWN BUSINESS
💡 A lot of people stop at capital because it’s the first thing that comes to mind. ✨ But the truth is capital comes last. 🧱 After you’ve counted the cost, 📐 built the structure, 🎯 clarified the vision, 🧩 and put everything else in place… 💰 then capital follows. 1. Develop an idea products or services you can offer that bring value, fulfillment, purpose, and satisfaction. 2. Create a business profile that is rooted in your vision, mission, priorities, and aspirations. 3. Choose a unique business name that represents your vision and purpose. 4. Design your products and services. 5. Identify your target audience your world of customers. 6. Create a business plan with projections for continuous growth. 7. Decide whether you want to run the business as a sole owner or in partnership. 8. Lastly, when you begin to count and calculate what it will cost to start, remember that from steps 1 to 7 you didn’t need capital to begin. What you truly need is to develop what’s within you and bring the best of your spirit to the world. Start a Business today beyond the salary
