Why a "No" is Just a "Not Yet" 🚀
Rejection is one of the hardest parts of the journey, whether you are building a business or growing a content page. We’ve all been there—the pitch that got ignored, the partnership that fell through, or the content that didn’t get the reach we expected. But look at the story of Jack Ma. He was the only person rejected out of 24 applicants at KFC. He was rejected by the police. He was rejected by Harvard 10 times. If he had stopped at any of those "No’s," the Alibaba Group wouldn't exist today. The Reality of the Grind: Rejection isn't a stop sign: It’s often just a redirection to something better. Work speaks louder than luck: When things don't go your way, the only solution is to keep working, keep refining your craft, and keep showing up. Build in silence: Let your progress be the answer to everyone who couldn't see your vision early on. For every entrepreneur and creator in this community: Don’t let a rejection get to your head, and don’t let success get to your heart. Keep working. Your breakthrough is on the other side of "Keep Going." Discussion Question: What is one "rejection" you’ve faced recently that actually pushed you to work harder or change your strategy for the better? Let’s talk about it below! 👇

🎙️ Masterclass Recap – Proxy Selling with Richardson Dughan
Our first Skool Member Masterclass was a success! If you missed it, you can listen back below👇🏽 (but honestly… being there LIVE hits different 🔥) @Richardson Dughan broke down Proxy Selling in a powerful and practical way, using examples from skincare and insurance.👇🏽 Here are the key takeaways: 💡 1. Believe in what you sell! For example: No chemicals. Real product. Real conviction. 💡 2. Socio-economic impact Tell the story beyond the product For example: supporting livelihoods in Northern Ghana and entire households. 💡 3. Education through conversation Show, don’t just tell: Create content where people talk about the product or service naturally. This builds trust. 💡 4. Narrative of authenticity. People don’t just buy products, they buy real stories, heritage, and truth 💡 5. Originality Be unique in how you present and communicate 💬 Bonus insight: Use customer stories to make everything more real and relatable. This is how you sell without “selling” That’s the power of proxy selling. Big thank you to Richardson for sharing this with the community🙏🏾

This was such a deep lesson. It’s clear now that people don’t just want a product—they want to connect with the heritage and the truth behind it. And it really true personally when a friend tells me to help patronise something on my status for him if I dont make it look like I'm personally selling them they don't have any interest in it buh the moment i make it look personal they start to ask questions about how it works ...and more..thank you @Richardson Dughan @Sentini Grunberg
YOUTH ARE CRUSHING ENTREPRENEURSHIP GLOBALLY WHILE SCHOOLS LAG BEHIND! DATA, STATS, POLICY & INVESTIGATIONS (GEM 2025/2026 + more)
To everyone who needs to read this and follow parents, educators, policymakers, Gen Z, and young founders worldwide: The future isn’t just a desk in a classroom. It’s young people who build real empires. Here’s data-backed proof from recent studies: Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2025/2026 Report: - Young entrepreneurs (18-34) lead the rate of new business creation in 80% of economies (42 out of 51 studied). - In 33 out of 48 economies, younger adults have higher Total Early-Stage Entrepreneurial Activity (TEA) than older adults (35-64). - Gen Z stats: 50% want to launch their own business; 32% already own one or side hustle. - 84% of early-stage entrepreneurs (heavily youth-driven) are purpose-driven — factoring in social/environmental impact. The school gap is REAL (POLICY ANALYSIS): - “Entrepreneurship Education at School” is the lowest-rated framework condition in 33 out of 53 nations. - Youth unemployment remains a crisis in many regions (OECD/World Bank data), but entrepreneurship is the proven escape hatch especially for those combining real-world hustle with or without full traditional schooling paths. -   Investigation takeaway: Traditional education often doesn’t teach 21st-century skills. Young people aren’t dropping out of success they’re choosing a different path. Real-world execution is beating theory. From tech startups to e-commerce businesses, young founders are proving it every day. (Forbes 30 Under 30 2025 vibes included). This isn’t hype it’s global data. Youth are thriving more in entrepreneurship than (or alongside) school. Tag a young entrepreneur. RT if you agree. Comment: “I’m building” or “My kid is building Follow @myResearch_ for more data-backed research, statistics, policy deep-dives & investigations.
