Hi everyone, I’m Josephine Patricia — an occupational therapist, trauma-informed creative soulwork guide, and host of the Rewilding the Mythic Self podcast. Alongside my full-time work in home health, I run a growing creative-liberation community on Skool where I support system-wounded, spiritually-gifted people in reclaiming their voice, intuition, and creative autonomy. My work blends ancestry, art, ritual, mythic storytelling, and gentle somatic practices to help people shed internalized systems and reconnect with who they were before the world told them who to be. My biggest challenge right now? Finding visibility practices that feel sustainable while juggling full-time clinical work and learning how to grow on both Substack and Skool without slipping back into perfectionism or overfunctioning. A fun fact: I’m a Scandinavian folk-art and wisdom revivalist, and much of my creative work draws from ancestral crafts, symbolism, and storytelling.
