Follow along Routine
Hey guys! Hope you're getting into the routine of adding more mobility into your training. Here I've created a follow along routine for the Tight Lats Day 1 Week 2 Program. I am feeling quite a lot of restriction/pain in the outer front shoulder doing the pillar stretch. I can move around a little to make it feel more on the side of the body, but it feels like it doesn’t really «take» as the brain is so focused on the painful sensation in the shoulder. Just keep on trying to get there?
