🙈 What Are Your Daily Activities?
One of the most important metrics in your community isn’t how many members you have. 🥳 It’s daily activities. Daily activities tell you whether your community is actually alive. When members are posting, commenting, liking, and engaging, a few powerful things happen: • Members come back more often • Churn goes down • Your community performs better in discovery • Conversations start happening without you carrying everything A simple benchmark to keep in mind: 200 daily activities → healthy early community 400 daily activities → strong engagement 800+ daily activities → thriving community If you’re below 200, your main focus shouldn’t be creating more courses. It should be increasing activity and participation inside the community. ❓Question: What are you doing right now to cultivate more daily activities in your community? Let’s generate as many ideas as possible so everyone here can learn from them. 👇 I’ve added two ideas in the comments to get us started.

@Brenda Rigney is that activities within my own group or on Skool as a whole?

@Lauren Parker thank you 😍
Ever tried giving a FREE lifetime membership at Level 8?
... in your paid community I have this in place in our Aligned AF Community Our engagement is at 75% and our daily activities range from 300-500 (not bad for 275 members). My goal is to get the community to 85% engagement before summer and increase our ranking on discovery for the money category (not an easy job). 📈 Higher Discovery Ranking = Higher Organic Traffic from Skool But instead of tiring our new members to post and comment, or build another "widget" to unlock, I'm giving away a lifetime FREE membership for my Level 8 members. Right now... - 4% of members are at Level 6 - 18% of members are at Level 5 - 15% of members are at Level 4 I texted all of those members yesterday to remind them...and already everyone is commenting more!! I know some of you are thinking I must be crazy to walk away from that MRR in my business. But here's my method to the madness >>> far better to have those engaged legacy members retained and contributing, then to pay out more money in Meta Ad costs. What are your thoughts? Are you doing this already? Will you try it?

@Heather Boers snap! 😜
Do you click on profiles?
Imagine if you could see key information floating above someone’s head at a networking event. Where they’re from.What they do.What they’re working on. Starting a conversation would be a lot easier, right? That’s exactly what profiles on Skool do. 🙂 But the real question is… Are you actually clicking on profiles and meeting people? Are you intentionally building relationships in the community? Or are you mostly just watching from the sidelines? I’ll be honest. I haven't done this as much as I used to do on social media. So I've made a change in 2026 to connect more! Clicking on profiles. Starting conversations. Building connections. Curious about you. How active are you here on Skool, and are you taking advantage of the opportunities to meet people? 👇

I started by creating a library of resources for our students and invited them to join. Then I invited anyone interested through social media. After that, people joined when they saw my comments on other communities. It’s been pretty organic - which I love - and the only ‘strategy’ I use is to include the invitation address in anything I share outside Skool 😊
LOOSENING UP!
When we first opened our Skool community, the goal was a secure, professional space for Horses Connect students. Clear. Structured. Ethical. Very, very … serious. 😶 And while this is serious work - people + horses = responsibility — something fundamental was missing. Me. 🤪 Specifically: my humour. Not jokes, but warmth, humanity, and the ability to exhale. The kind that says we take the work seriously, but not ourselves. Our horses or clients don’t want polished. They respond to presence and authenticity. So our community will always be professional and ethical, and now also more relaxed, conversational, and occasionally playful. 🤭 Same integrity. Less stiffness. Better learning. REFLECTIVE NUDGE Where might you benefit from loosening up a little in your life or coaching?
