All SMS are unsuccessful. What's need to happen, set up or possible solution

Is it possible to create one to handle reply, a knowledge base on Supabase and detect intent with faqs, support or sensitive etc. Need help with this.

In the last 5 days, I’ve been building this employee inside GHL to handle calls, conversations, content creation, reception tasks, funneling, and even reviews. It’s been a while to build so far, but it’s really solid — a pretty good build that’s coming together nicely.
