This Week I Slipped Into the Sloth Effect
Monday I came out swinging. I felt like I was doing my thing, pushing hard toward my goals, making calls, building momentum, chasing the vision. By Friday… it was like a rubber band snapped me back. I didn’t quit. I didn’t fall apart. I just caught myself slipping into that “sloth effect.” Doing the bare minimum. Moving slow. Working at 50% when I know I’ve got 100% in me. It’s not the end of the world, just one of those weeks. But it showed me how easy it is to drift back into comfort when I should be pushing forward. Anybody else ever have weeks like that? Where you start strong, feel like you’re on it… then end up cruising instead of grinding? Hope this lands with someone in here.
No One Talks About the Funnel Hangover…
You have an idea... then you push, you tweak, you build it. Then you finally hit “publish.” 🚀 And then…Crickets. It’s not burnout, it’s that strange post-launch crash...The funnel hangover. You spent weeks (maybe months) building, gettting the courage to put it all together... all your energy went into the build-up. And now that it’s live, you don’t know what to feel. That happened to me too, and what I’ve learned is this: Launching doesn’t equal arrival. it’s just the beginning. If you’re feeling the weird dip after a launch—emotionally, mentally, even physically—it doesn’t mean you’re done, or your funnel is done and did not work. it just means you’re human. Take a breath, review the data. Start making changes and small improvement, and just keep going. You don’t need fireworks, just need follow-through until it actually works...

2 Comma Club award or Bust!
Hello my fellow Prime Mover’s, it’s a pleasure to be in the community, a big thank you to Mr Russell Brunson … my goal is to network with as many charismatic characters and operators that I can meet and collaborate to get our 2 comma club award quest started.
The Result or the Process?
“It doesn’t make sense to continue wanting something if you’re not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you do not want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment.” ~ James Clear This quote doesn’t mean that if you’re struggling you should quit and forget your ambitions. Absolutely not. The real message is this: every goal comes with a journey: a set of habits, sacrifices, and disciplines that shape who you become along the way. If you want the outcome, you need to embrace the lifestyle that creates it. What helped me was shifting the question. We all face journeys that test us more than others, but the challenge is part of the design. The path shapes us just as much as the destination, and learning to embrace it is where real growth begins. You have to fall in love with the work, the habits, the daily grind so that you’ll not only reach the destination, you’ll actually be ready for it. Because true success is not just about achieving the goal — it’s about becoming the person who earns it. Embrace the path and Love your journey Pietro Guazzoni
