I almost didn't post this video.
It felt too honest. Too raw. Too much like admitting something I wasn't sure I was ready to say out loud. But here it is: I think this online journey might be my drug. And I'm not sure I want to fix that. When things are going well here, when I feel like I'm moving forward, creating something real, my whole life feels good. I want to exercise, I'm excited to wake up, I enjoy being with the people I love. But when I'm struggling... everything crumbles. My sleep, my relationship with myself, my sense of worth. All of it... I recorded this video trying to figure out if that's healthy or not. And honestly.. I don't have a clean answer. But I have a feeling a lot of you will relate to it. If you've ever felt like your passion project or your business has become the thing your whole emotional life orbits around, this one's for you. Anyone else feels this way?

This felt incredibly raw, thank you for sharing it so honestly. I deeply relate to that rollercoaster between growth and exhaustion. Learning to find peace amidst the highs and lows has been one of my biggest lessons too. Stoic philosophy helped me a lot with that, especially the part about detaching our worth from outcomes. And you’re right: the balance between passion and dependence is tricky. But the fact that you’re aware of it already shows huge self-awareness.
First 2 Quick-Wins/Case-studies
I have been networking quite a lot recently. I've met many great and like-minded people. Got to know Lara who helped me with her sincerity and tough love (ツ) Kept networking but with a different approach. Now more focused on helping people, not just "coffee time" to make friends. Jumped on a few discovery calls and then actually delivered 2 quick-wins: 1. Helping Jeremiah overcome his afternoon crash by adjusting his meals, dopamine levels and workout timing. 2. Helping Arthur quit sugar, lower inflammation and lose weight by strategically adding fruit to his meals without adding extra stress to his current busy life. Quite happy about this. Lara invited me to share it with you all so here you have it. Quick suggestion: people actually care about presentation, so make sure your delivery is unique. The "wrapping paper" matters. I hope you get inspired by this :)
