@Julia Raizen It depends on what you mean by remodel. Are you talking full gut job or just cosmetic rehab? Adding any sqft? Does that include all new furniture and amenities? @Shane Gallant often times the least obvious markets are the best markets because the most "obvious" ones are the ones with most competition and you really have to spend tons of money on the property to get it to even compete.
