Hi, I’m Edmund IZ High. A rapper, songwriter, and activist based in Singapore, I’m open about my experiences with incarceration and advocacy for cannabis reform in one of the world’s most strictest country for narcotics including cannabis! I was released from my 3rd imprisonment in 2025 after my third conviction for drug offenses including cannabis possession. - Activism: He is a cannabis advocate in Singapore, a country with very strict drug laws. He uses his music to protest these laws and speak about personal freedom. - Criminal History: He has been arrested multiple times for drug possession and consumption. His music often recounts his time behind bars, describing how his passion for rap provided therapy and a path to redemption. - Musical Style: He produces hip-hop and rap music that reflects his struggles and aspirations. His tracks include "Peace of Mind" and "More Weed Less Stress (420 Special)". - Recent Projects: Following his release from prison in 2025, he has focused on his musical comeback.
