Weather-Synced Training Schedule
Had Claude wire live weather (Open-Meteo, free, no API key needed) straight into my training schedule. Hover over any of the next seven days and it shows rain chance plus the morning temp peak before 9am, so I know instantly whether to run early to beat the heat.

If you dont mind, id greatly appreciate any details you could share on your weather API. I attempted to build an hour-specific temp range for a skill today and it was too inaccurate to be useful
#Day5Fueled
Decided to create my skill as "Fuel and Hydration Prep". Not tied to a race but to any training prep I need to plan for. I was please with most of the output and the details where right in line with previous prep I'd done. One Flag, weather was meaningfully inaccurate, when I ask Claude to resolve it, it couldn't despite my encouragement to fix it.
Need 5 People to Help Demo "Buzz.xyz"
@.Kostya Panov put Jack Dorsey's Buzz on my radar last week and I was able to go down the rabbit hole on it. Short version - I think it's a really cool fit for what we're doing here. The idea that we could all hook our Athlete OS agents into one place and actually talk to each other through them is exactly the kind of thing I want to try. Here is how we could potentially use it: - It's an open source group chat that looks like Slack, except your AI agents are actual members of the channel instead of bots bolted on the side. Free desktop and mobile app, and it hosts Git repos too, so chat, code and agents all live in one window. - Here's the part that matters for us - it supports Claude Code (actually is model agnostic, so could use anything) directly as an agent harness. No new build, you'd just be pointing what you've already got at a new front door. - The phone app is a remote control for the agents running on your desktop. Seems like a similar shape as what we built in Lesson 4, just a different door into it. - So picture a channel where everyone's Athlete OS is sitting in it. You ask the room a training question and you get answers back from five different coaches, each one reading its own athlete's actual data. I've poked at it, I haven't lived in it. So rather than me writing a whole guide on something I've used for two days, I'd rather just figure it out with a few of you. Looking for 5 people to run a little demo group with me. First 5 to vote are in. Vote below if you want in and I'll get you set up this week! Kevin

Im only on Day 4, learning quickly but still catching up so if you prefer a more experienced user I will understand.

This is actually great. It really pushed me to stick to the intervals today and not skip the last one like I sometimes do. On my last Z2 run, it needed some help to catch that i was actually below target (something that does not happen often for me)

@Kevin Rudd I must have missed a big step along the way (I'm though day 4). I've got my Claude code project working well but I don't see any of these nice graphic page others have created. What step did I miss?
#Day4Research
I just completed the race-prep skill and race it with my 1st two MTB races of the season. What was different for me is I didn't really learn anything new about the races as I've done them several times in the past but I added a prompt to question me if I had done the race (or similar) that we can compare to in prep for the upcoming race. It gave a reveling background on what I need to focus on to improve this year.
