I might not be able to make it live on Thursday but here is my question: I'm a bit lost and overwhelmed. I'm falling into the trap of wanting to do every course and project again and not following through or being consistent. I think I have some kind of FOMO with personal development stuff. I was pretty good showing up for ADHD harmony when I did the 6 week course. Now that's over I'm feeling a bit lost on how to implement all that. Should I repeat the course? Just do the dopamine challenge? Do the 5 day challenge, or the blue print? I admit there is a lot of overwhelm in my life as a single parent and I don’t have the resources to outsource things like chores. Thank you.

Dopamine detox group challenge? 👀
Yesterday during the Cohort 3 Q&A we had a fascinating discussion about dopamine, procrastination, sleep, focus, social media, Netflix binges, gaming, and why we sometimes struggle to do the things we actually want to do. Multiple members shared that when they reduce the constant stimulation for a few days, they: - Sleep better - Feel calmer - Focus easier - Stop procrastinating as much - Feel more connected to themselves So I'm considering organizing a 3-Day Dopamine Detox Challenge for the ADHD Harmony community. We'd check in together each day and share wins, struggles, insights, and what changes when the noise disappears. I'm curious... Who would actually join? Let me know in the comments. What would be the hardest thing for you to give up for 3 days? 😅

A Wee Thank‑You to My Declutter Buddies
Just popping in with a big, slightly chaotic THANK YOU to my declutter buddies — whether we’ve been hanging out on AI Harmony Bdub or in our WhatsApp meetings, it is actually making a difference. Not fast. Not glamorous. But real. This week I tackled the Six Drawers of Doom.Results include: - Odd socks remarried (love wins) - Makeup now living where makeup should live - Receipts and rangom notes - bin - Things grouped properly instead of “vibes‑based filing” - Best WIN - 2 empty drawers 🏆 And honestly… having dedicated time with you lot is what’s making it possible. Some sessions I do internal drawers — the ones no one sees except me, the ones that feel a bit shamey until we realise… oh wait… we all have them.Other times I focus on surface areas, because sometimes the brain needs a quick win. No shame. No guilt. Just gentle nudges, shared chaos, and a bit of laughter. Big shout‑out to: @Kimi M , @Cathy A Castagna , @Leonie Osborne, @Máire Garvey and @Diana Domantay and @Judy Hamilton — you’ve all popped into different sessions and it genuinely helps keep me moving on this Big Rock over the next five weeks. We might be claring stuff out, or doing one of those "delayed tasks" but either way - we are doing it!!!! If you’re on AI Harmony and want to Bdub, check the calendar — there’s always a spot floating around, or chuck one in yourself.If you’re not in AI Harmony (yet) but want to do a Bdub with me, (note I am NZ Time) just DM me and we’ll sort a session.
