I have a peloton it’s a love hate relationship 🫣so I ride my bike but got tired of the membership so I simply use it as a stationary bike!! My favorite thing is riding my mountain bike on trails in the warmer months!!!

Shouting out one of my newer clients, @Allie Patton !!! 👏🔥 This mama of TWO came to P&E about 1.5 months ago after her twin sister (okay… still a little jealous 😂) shared us with her. Allie jumped in as a Pivot-level client and hit the ground RUNNING. Postpartum, preparing to go back to work, and wanting REAL change — not a quick fix. I’m beyond grateful she trusted me to walk alongside her. She is down 24 POUNDS since February 13, 2026. 🤯 No magic pill. No shortcuts. Just the same proven game plan I use with ALL clients: ✨ The Big Four first — protein, calories, water, movement ✨ Prioritizing mindset + sleep ✨ Filling gaps with quality supplementation ✨ Following Thrive30 strength training ✨ Tracking her food & water ✨ Showing up CONSISTENTLY And the best part… She told me the other day she is PROUD of herself. ❤️ THAT is what this is all about. More energy. More confidence. Keeping up with her kids, her career, and actually FEELING the difference. Let’s hear your wins 👇 Scale wins, non-scale wins, InBody changes — drop them below! OR tell me… Why should someone jump into our next challenge? 📅 Starts April 13 📚 Education week begins April 6 What’s your April focus after March? If you’re ready to start… message me. 💌

Wow thank you all so much!!! I need this encouragement today!! Today’s win is simply that we have a survived a couple rough days of sickness that has taken us all out. Yesterday was my first day since I committed to this program I didn’t get my thrive30 workout in. I pushed myself Monday with the aches of what was brewing then yesterday took a turn for the worse. But thankfully we are always promised tomorrow and today we are much better, not even close to our best, but much improved!! This is the first program in the last 10 years where I missed getting to do my workout. I missed @Ashlynn Dohman‘s encouraging words and the hype music that motivates me to move my body. Today I am taking the day to simply recover and tomorrow I’m excited to get back where I was!! 🤍🫶🏻 I’m so thankful to Ashlynn and this group where we can share our highs and lows!!!

A spin 😎 find and SHARE a photo of younger you and ONE thing they would be suprised that you are proud of today! We no longer hate our legs 😊 they are strong and we appreciate that more daily!! We are no longer trying to shrink or chase a body that isn’t ours, we also are helping other ladies do the same 🙏🏻 🥹.

I honestly didn’t know if ever would love myself again after years of miscarriages. Even this girl here didn’t love herself. I have struggled with body image my whole life. I just wish I could hug her so big and I am so thankful to my sissy @Cassie Moore for being my partner through this all! I’m so thankful to @Ashlynn Dohman for encouraging me and helping me gain the confidence in myself and love myself again! I am just here trying to teach my daughter how to love her body 🤍🤍🤍

@Ashlynn Dohman it truly is the best!!!!
Question about collagen
Has anyone tried the salted caramel collagen and if so is it any good? I have tried the French vanilla years ago and it wasnt my favorite. I was using the unflavored one up until now but thinking of getting the salted caramel

Shouting out @Sarah Welsh 🎉 — newest member of our crew and officially kicking off her journey with Pivot Level Coaching! So often we focus on the BIG goals… and forget the real impact comes from simply getting started — and being willing to pivot when life throws a curveball. Sarah was training for a marathon when a calf injury forced her to postpone to next year. Instead of staying stuck in disappointment, she chose a new path: prioritizing her health, strength, and fitness for her overall well-being. That mindset shift is everything. 💪 When plans fall apart, it’s easy to spiral into the negative. Sarah chose solutions instead — and I’m truly honored to be part of her journey. ✨ Progress doesn’t always look like Plan A… sometimes it looks like courage to start Plan B. 👇 Drop a win below — big OR small. Every step forward counts.
