Running
When you can run with your child and feel confident doing it is worth putting in the work!!! This morning we dropped some goodies I made for my sons school and a teacher gift and my 5 year old wanted to race back to the car and I was able to do it in confidence without feeling sluggish or that things were flapping all over… that right there is truly a gift this journey has given me 🩵🩵🩵🩵 I may just turn into a runner yet @Ashlynn Dohman #might 🤣🤣🤣

Success of tomorrow starts in the planning today!!! Time blocking my run for tomorrow, ready to hit less than 1.5 hours on Instagram daily (going for even less!!, my life needs to be more intentional on it!) and 100oz water minimum planned and ready to be A FOCUS!! Who’s ready???

I might of died…
Set 1- second guessed my standard I set. Did I go to low? Should it be more ? End of Set 3… nope nope we good standard is good I may die. Pushed through it all, hit the standard. Still laying on the floor 5 minutes after ☠️🏳️ Good message and mind set challenge for the morning. Starting out pushing through doubts and meeting the standard. Set your standard for the day.
