Because I love myself 💙
I go to the gym... because I love myself I brush my teeth... because I love myself I clean my home... because I love myself I shower... because I love myself I build community... because I love myself I create & scale companies... because I love myself I maintain my friendships... because I love myself I meditate... because I love myself I journal... because I love myself I prioritize my sleep... because I love myself I show up for my clients... because I love myself I eat healthy meals... because I love myself I sit in gratitude daily... because I love myself There are many, many things I do because I love myself. Your self is the only thing you were given when you were born and you will have until you die. And many of us - especially those of us with ADHD - tend to beat ourselves up. "I am stupid" "I'm not good enough" "I need to do more" "Why can't I just stop procrastinating?!" "I must be broken" "I'm worthless" "I don't deserve to be successful" It is easy to be harsh to yourself. You're often your own worst critic. But what if we chose to feed another voice? The voice of self-love and compassion? The voice that whispers our unique strengths and abilities, knows what we're capable of, and is our biggest cheerleader? 2026 is only days away. A new year. A new opportunity to set intentions and make changes. I'm not talking about empty New Year's resolutions to "do better". I'm talking about embracing that we already ARE better - and choosing to feed that reality instead of the many that don't serve us. My plan in 2026 is to embrace loving presence and build myself up. Be my own cheerleader. Choose awe and gratitude in every possible moment. The world is full of incredible, awesome things to be grateful for, and I choose to see that reality... Because I love myself. What will you do differently in 2026 because you love yourself?

that is a great way of looking at how to continue to level up, challenge yourself and be the best you can be. Thanks for sharing. I do a talk on the four human drivers and that is well said, but it speaks to what drives us. Aliveness connection, meaningful purpose, and personal growth. Great post. 💪 @Bill Widmer

thank you for the gift. My question is I’ve done about 400 - 500 Podcast. They’re scattered. I wanna bring my community together in Skool. I coach people on how to become a key person of influence online. Should I separate my paid clients from those who don't? I inviting every person I’ve done a podcast to join Skool so we can be together in one community. everyone that does a Podcast gets my $300 high-performance mastery course. I have nine courses and I’m gonna move them over to Skool. I’m new to Skool , but I like what I see. I just upgraded to the $99 plan. so my question is really adding value to my paid clients in Skool along with the other others in my community. It looks like some people have free communities and others separate them by their paid clients. I wanna keep it simple. Merry Christmas to you. 🎄
