Goals for Next Week
- Post more Content : Got so many pics and vids from viewing that I should use to find the story and then post that - Refine AI agents: Spend the past week to set up AI agents to look at my ad performance and generate more ads. Need to work on it to streamline it and make it more automated - Personal one - Skipped the gym for almost a week now, need to go atleast 4 times next week otherwise Not Gyming will be my new habit 🙃

My Uodates (wins and loses) - In touch with couple of landlords with in total over 40 flats they want to R2R. Biting off more than I can chew here but excited to see where this goes! - Met couple of accountants last night at a networking event, they have landlords trying to get out of the property market. Need to get in touch and see if I can solve their problem through guaranteed rent.. - I was too slow with my follow up with a landlord from a while back, so he ended up selling his property to someone else. However he mentioned he has other wants he wants guaranteed rent on so I need to make sure to keep on top of this Overall a fairly productive week! P.S note to myself, follow up with people after networking events to build long term relationships

Got a few landlords interested in R2R, just need to work out an offer that would be a win win for all. Couple of them have Portfolios too so keen on getting this working 🤞
