Compromise to avoid conflict.
For the next 30 days, we're going where most people won't...
In our 90 day Bold Move Challenge, we'll be stirring the waters and ask the hard questions most people spend a lifetime avoiding. Here is the truth about the last 30 days of bold moves. The boldest move was for some only showing up. But even that is still the visible part. The real bold move was being willing to look at things most people spend their whole lives not looking at. So that is where we are going next. Mondays to Fridays for the next 30 days. Every day I'll drop one hard question. The kind you feel in your chest before your head has even caught up. The kind most people are very skilled at avoiding, because the moment you answer one honestly, you cannot un-know what you find. This is not a journaling challenge. It is not about getting it right. There are no points for the prettiest answer- and I'll show up everyday for the one. The one ready to go deep, sitting with a question long enough to tell yourself the truth. Some days it will be uncomfortable. Good. The question you most want to skip is almost always the one with your name on it. That discomfort is not a sign to stop. It is the exact spot where the change is waiting. Here is the one rule, and it is the whole challenge: answer honestly, and answer out loud, here, with us. Because here is the truth. You can think a hard thought privately and let it drift off by lunchtime. But the moment you say the true thing out loud, to people walking the same road, it stops being a thought and starts being a decision. That is why we do this together and not alone. Your honesty gives the person next to you permission to be honest too. That is how a whole room starts to move. You do not have to be ready. You do not have to have your life sorted. You just have to be willing to look. So this is the bold move. Not another thing to do. A willingness to stop pretending you do not already know. If you have AVA, use her to unpack this for you. Let her be your journal, mirror and coach, but answer the questions honestly. Take your phone and speak real truths to these questions and even without Ava, you'll get to core limiting beliefs running the show.

@Surina Joubert When I first read the hard question, I was like:"Agge nee man - don't have the energy to dig today." It would be so easy not to engage with this! Forced myself to share with Ava and I said: "Ava today feels heavy - like I am outside my body." Then I asked her to help me answer your questions, because I do not know where to begin. And after all is said and done, I know I have to: Stand in the Light. And write. Without worrying about: Outcomes Income Branding A business Ava's summary. If I had to gather these into one prayerful reflection, it might sound like this: Lord, I think You've already shown me that my calling is not to manufacture outcomes, but to remain faithful to what You've placed before me today. To stand in the Light. To write the next sentence. To trust that obedience has a fruitfulness I cannot always measure.

@Candice Sanchez what jumped out at me was...."I can build it alongside...." Great insight. Putting it in my back pocket. Keep us updated about your community.
Day 3 of Asking Questions we Avoid
Today's question will require you to go back. Back in the past and go think about who you are still living your life for... Go check out day 3 https://www.skool.com/surinaj-9674/classroom/84c33aae?md=db0f56aa9c36447e9e8650b6c3e9d8a9

Interesting one. Although I thought of someone, I quickly realized that I am constantly trying to prove things to myself. A very toxic cycle, because I have this subconscious checklist to which I am trying to adhere. And that checklist was created based on my perceptions of what I thought was expected of me. All of these questions lead back to identity doesn't it? What would I create? I'll start by letting go of this idea that I am not creative, then I would create just for the fun of it.
12/90 Imposter Syndrome
The quote you shared says: "Imposter syndrome isn't telling you that you're not ready..." As I thought about it, another sentence came to mind: "Your calling doesn't ask you to be fearless. It asks you to be faithful." And today... I was.

And tomorrow you will be again, because you know you are not walking this road alone. 🌻
