Showcase your automation
anyone want showcase their ai powered automation? what problem does this automation solve? what is the tech stack? n8n, ultravox, aitable.ai, how much does it cost to run the automation? how much of it is on opensource/local/selfhosting and how many 3rd party/paid saas platforms are in it?
Hey Alessandro, I showcase our automations on our YouTube channel. If you want to take a look, our tech stack is for almost all videos make.com. Since this is a part of our business, we sell such automations (as services or preferably as products). The most used platforms besides Make.com are OpenAI, Airtable, Google Drive products, HeyGen, Elevenlabs, and image generators (like Flux). The cost is based on complexity and used tools, there are the make.com credits, subscriptions, and token-based cost (like with OpenAI). Of course, for each special automation, the relevant platforms are used (like Hubspot, Pipedrive, you name it). Find the channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@IntelligentProcessAutomation Feel free to ask me specific questions.
Leaked strategy paper from OpenAI
Here are my key takeaways. OpenAI isn’t building a product. They’re building a platform. The internal memo outlining the ChatGPT strategy for 2025/26 makes one thing clear: It’s not about a better chatbot. Not about smarter answers. It's about a new operating system for humans. The plan: By 2026, ChatGPT is to become the interface for everything. It says: “ChatGPT will replace search engines, browsers, etc. step by step.” ➡️ Internet ➡️ Communication ➡️ Tools ➡️ Decisions OpenAI never wanted to build a SaaS model. The Plus and Team subscriptions were never the goal, more of a side effect. According to the memo, even an obstacle. 🔴 Because they want to build something bigger. One analogy could be: They don’t want to just integrate into iOS or Android, they want to be like a new iPhone. That’s also why they acquired IO Products, they want to pursue a new path with their own device. They also express a direct fear of Apple, Google, Microsoft because they worry these companies will block them(by pushing their own AIs and shielding users). That’s why they want to build their own platform. Anything else makes them too dependent. What this means for software developers: ⭕ Your app may soon no longer need a user interface, just an API. ChatGPT will handle the rest. The key question for me: Which apps will survive this shift when the only access is through ChatGPT? One crucial line from the paper:🔺 All human-computer interactions can run through ChatGPT. 🔺 (Or at least be orchestrated through it!) The way I see it now: OpenAI already has the users but not yet the platform. At their current development speed, it wouldn’t surprise meif the first signs appear with GPT-5 in August, and a year from now, everything looks completely different again.

Introduce yourselves!
Hey guys - we have curated a pretty amazing group of entrepreneurs and AI enthusiasts here. Please introduce yourselves by telling us: Who you are Where you are from Where you are currently at with AI Any recent AI wins Any AI questions? What is your AI vision for your company? Most of the AI learning I've experienced recently has been from shared experiences with others, so I encourage you all to help kick-off this community by sharing a bit about yourselves :)

Hi all, I'm Sven O. Rimmelspacher, entrepreneur and AI enthusiast. I own a small group of companies and we develop software for quality: - Software for quality management for the manufacturing industry (CAQ) - Software and AI assistants for CEOs for Company Management, Strategy, and Goals - Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) for all kinds of processes I'm 57 and I live in the southwest of Germany at the so-called Southern Wine Route together with my wife. My purpose in life and business is "More Quality in all Areas of Life". I started with AI in 2016 and today we focus primarily on using AI based automation to dramatically increase the productivity of our customers and ourselves. We derive products from the automation which are then standardized and can be used by many users without much effort. I work closely together with @Michael Schwarz and MyZone and I'm a certified Prompt Engineer and Make.com Partner. If you want to hear how to pronounce my weird name: https://namedrop.io/svenorimmelspacher 🤣
Testing VEO3 - Created Funny Commercial for MyZone AI
Have you tried VEO 3 yet? This funny commercial... took me about 60-90m, mainly figuring out how it all works, but was mildly impressed? I see all these amazing VEO 3 clips all over the internet, but I think you really have to generate a TON of clips to get ones you really love. A bit expensive too... I think I spent around $75 in credits. So many bad videos had to be deleted. I used ChatGPT o3 model to develop the scripts for me. I'll be digging deeper into VEO 3 training - maybe I was doing something wrong, but according to the deep research that I did beforehand, I think I followed the best practices. Exported the video clips. Upscaled. Then merged through iMovie. I think Hollywood and video editing agencies have at least a few more months before they are in trouble ;)

That's amazing, @Michael Schwarz! Veo3 is currently the best, especially because of the audio feature which is not possible with other video generators (yet).

The interesting thing here is (besides the content of the video) that the video was actually recorded in German and then auto-translated to English!
