Agree with the other comments here. Just putting on a slip-on will affect the engine performance. Personal example with a Hornet SP 1000: Bike lost low end torque and would stall without gas. Before releasing clutch felt smooth without gas. Had to remove plastic panels, remove the gas tank, to get to the ECU. ECU shipped for tuning. Then had to remove the airbox. Remove the intake snorkels, disconnect the O2 sensors, plug PAIR intake hose. Put everything back together. The throttle is very smooth, and bike has close to 150 horsepower. In my opinion keep it all stock or go the full way with a tune and full exhaust. I am waiting until there is a good header exhaust for the hornet.
