$67k Sale in 4 days from ad-click, thanks to 'The Growthworks Method' (originally 'The Fletcher Method'). For context - thats 3-4x their average sale. These guys installed our solar rig 3 years ago here in Brisbane Australia. I emailed them 2 years ago, then dropped the ball on follow through. We started talking seriously in Feb this year, signed up in April for a $6k (AUD) program based around Growthworks and Funnels (and a trial with a long lead-in period of our localised GHL based CRM - $300 AUD/m), deployed the Funnel (V1) in August - and they've gotten their 3rd generation ad (Facebook/Insta only), working well enough to be pulling a few optins a week now (albeit at something like $100-150 CPL. Sidebar: not my traffic campaign and their agency messed up the LP to be pretty well mobile-only). They are now more focused on batteries and selling power back to the grid at night, thanks to high solar adoption in Australia - where power prices are some of the highest in the world. They had a client click the ad last Tuesday, and sign on the spot (during on-site inspection) on Friday, for $67k. (Their average is about $14k-22k normally). As you can see here, their runway is currently sitting at over $340k in potential as well. Every optin starts at a default of $12k in their pipeline stages until identified otherwise. The coolest part of all this to me, is that they're really only just getting started with this stuff - further tweaks to nurture sequence settings and call reminder SMS and emails being added, along with addtional follow up messaging after all 10 downloads are delivered - all to come in the weeks ahead, before funnel improvements, and new audiences / offers and creative. And then layer up with Google, Youtube and 'other media' ads + highly targeted direct outreach campaigns and long-form content 'article' pages (+ traffic etc - 'Content Mavericks' style). TLDR: This 'Growthworks Method' stuff works. As with anything worthwhile, you (and/or the client) just have to put the effort in and see it through til its all flowing. Get the Campaign Planner and product roadmap right, then Tweak and review ads, LP and nurther sequence tetc until its at least breaking even, then continue improving as you launch into Blue Skies.

@Elaine Lombardi - apologies, have only just caught your comment/question today. Have you done any of the trainings, or just jumped straight into Growthworks and using its AI? If you haven't done any of the trainings yet, from my experience the best thing you can do is to get a handle on the fundamentals of the process - each of the 9 steps with Foundation, Funnel and Floodgates, and how Growthworks does its thing. Start with The High Ticket Course Launch Formula in Classroom, and at very least do the first 7-8 days before heading back into Growthworks. Idealy the whole thing though. Even if you aren't looking to create a course (for sale or free), the fundamentals of what's involved still apply, and this is one of the best, most comprehensive trainings Aaron has ever done, IMHO. (I was there live for most of this one). Print and use the downloadable pdf worksheets - kick it old school with pen n paper, get your best thinking, inked. At very least, have Launchmaps open on second screen and work on that - at a minimum. Some scribble paper or similar is still recommended at times. Once you've gone through all of that, open up Growthworks, start a new campaign and build it out step by step. If the outputs, like the MDM, etc don't read very well, consider going back and shortening them. Each little guide video along the way gives clues as to the ideal size and style of input required - usually its only one to 3 words or so that works best for each blank line you fill in. On my first time I still made the rookie error of trying to do some of GW's work for it and wrote full sentences when it just wanted key words or brief phrases. Lemme know back here how you go with it after doing the above, or start a fresh question - original post for the whole group to see in the community channel?

@Lawrence Precipuo - hey man, this comment seems like it was meant for Aaron and team Growthworks? Not sure they will notice it on this sub-thread, so yiu may want to comment directly on one of Aaron's posts or start a new primary post.
TFM / Growthworks customer support?
Hey Aaron, Penni, Tiffany, or anyone else who feels they have the answer :) I've sent a couple of emails to [email protected] recently - one at least a couple of weeks ago, and then a couple of days ago forwarded it to the above, and the old support@fletcher... email. No response or even an auto-reply / auto-ticket creation yet. Is this still the address? I know my email was offline for a few days in August last year, and this may have caused a hard-bounce and to stop me receiving emails ongoing even after it was fixed - which would explain why I have seen anything from Aaron / Growthworks at all, since sometime last year - and maybe my inbound queries aren't inboxing for you guys now either? Dunno, I'm not an email-tech guru, but this was the case with Skool emails at the time too - thankfully they fixed it. Any help you can offer will be appreciated - couple of questions with Growthworks pending - one is for a client (under my 'Agency' tab) who's AI assistant has stopped responding, despite showing 700+ credits. Don't really want to put my email here - feel free to chat here on Skool (if you have it enabled), or Aaron feel free to ping me on messenger since we're connected - just didn't want to hassle you there as thats not what its for. :)

@Penny Chohaili - unfortunately I have not received it, however I have done some digging, and have a plausible theory. Some time back, I had an email address as a Google-group (tfm@mydomain), that went to my full time VA, and myself - I bought a bunch of TFM trainings, etc under that email address, and any time an email came in to that address, it would go to Leah (the VA) and myself. The base domain on our Google Workspaces got reefed from us in August last year by our own registrar, and I had to scramble to completely re-establish the Google Workspaces on our actual main domain (youdigital.com.au) whilst lodging complaints with the AU regulator, etc. Back in August 2024 is when all that went down, and I have not received an email back from [email protected] (or any other address) since, but I was getting the marketing emails from Aaron at least (with reply-to being [email protected]) up until October 24th. I've only just discovered the tfm@ group email, and deleted it as I wasn't getting them. I can't help but wonder if someone was tidying up your CRM and merged contacts for me, and now tfm@ is now my main email for replies (at least in the support system), even though its not where I send from (it is now reinstated as an alias address that comes directly to me, just in case). I'm definitely not receiving replies though - not in spam, or anywhere else. I'm usually checking spam at least a couple of times per week too - and never delete anything that isn't. Well, not for at least 10 years anyway. Without posting my email addy publicly on this thread - at least to request a specific checkup at your end, and without being able to DM with Tiffany here on skool, what's the best way to get this sorted? DM with you? Add you and/or Tiffany on Facebook, at least temporarily, or a WhatsApp channel? - at least to get this sorted. Perhaps a carrier pigeon? (still faster than DHL).
2024 goals
Hello partners. My goal in 2024 is to become the first agency to make 1,000,000$ in sales via the Software. As you may all know, I already made multiple 7-figures using the Fletcher Method after tweaking it and making it my own, now it is time to change the game. I am offering a new component to my coaching: Build with the Software, and I want to make 1,000,000 out of that alone. I want to document this with you here on the group after I launch in February, including all the difficulties I am facing and the solutions I managed to create.

And... seems that from today's launch, that its not specifically included for Enterprise - but am still hoping something is done to make it accessible (and viable to manage our client usage / billing) for those with Enterprise. Based on my understanding of things said during promotion, I went and told a few clients with their own GW account under our Enterprise account, that the AI upgrade would be coming next week. Now I'm not sure whats happening - just buying the new offer would only give it to me, which isn't nearly as useful as I'd anticipated (although useful in house at least, I guess).

@Leesa Landry - yes to the latter. And honestly, given that the value proposition isn't there for me yet, it was to no avail. A lot of things got thrown out of kilter for this, including the false start on the webby, that has meant I am still trying to catch up on things, but for no payoff anytime soon. Good to get an idea of whats coming though - GW Enterprise getting some kind of access, as well as 'GW Certified Agency' coming down the track (Q4?) and the funnel map thingo for GW - will be cool. Til then, back to work for me - plenty to get done in the mean time, for clients, and especially our own stuff.

Whilst life may be short, its also the longest thing you'll ever do. The moral? Don't rush things, but don't put them off either.
