We have been in business for a few years now a want to start collecting deposits. I was thinking 20-30 percent upfront wanted to hear what you boys think about that. Secondly I was thinking how do you guys collect deposits ? I was in touch with a company who can take them through CC but charges 3.5 percent. Do you Maks the customer pay that ? Or do you pay the 3.5 percent on the 20 percent deposit and if they wan to pay with CC for final 80 percent they are responsible for the fee after that. What’s up boys. One of my reps just closed on a $65,000 apartment complex (25 buildings) and at the same project a $35,000 clean sand seal job of pavers around the pool area. That’s $100,000. What a day!! The boys also locked in another 12k today too.
