Anyone have any experience hiring VA's? Besides answering phone calls, do you have them do anything else in the business? I'm wondering how they compare to hiring someone local for an admin position.

Setting Up Recurring Jobs
Many of our new clients mention on getting our services done on a frequent basis. What is the correct process on locking them in? Rather than taking there word for it and them passing on the option in the future. If anyone can show me their documents they have that would be greatly appreciated. Or even the process you take them through for it to be written and signed. Cheers

Question about streaking on siding
Just started adding soft washing and trying to get dialed in. What causes the faint streaking in this photo? Soft washed with an X-jet (it’s my house not a customers). TIA!

Follow up Protocol
Hey guys, when you get a lead on the weekends, do you still call them straight away or call first thing Monday morning? Was wondering if there is a certain hour of the day you don’t call or text due to time respect. Or if text is seen differently. Thanks guys.

We dial within 120 seconds. Monday - Sunday. Be the guy to go above and beyond. Example: don’t be the guy when a lead comes through and you don’t reach out or they don’t respond to say “oh it wasn’t mean to be” Be the guy that says “I paid for this lead…I just need a yes or no” Our flex lol: we closed someone on power washing after 21 days of following up with them after continuous no answers after triple dialing, voicemail, text, and email. Go get what you paid for. You at least need to know if they want the service. It just may be not the right time for them…people are people they have a billion things going on…maybe their kids have after school sports… maybe they had a death in the family….maybe they are putting it off because of some family drama… YA GET THE POINT!!! It’s all about timing and speed. So eliminate that mindset of should I call them on Sunday or not. And ya know if it’s 4th of July weekend at 7AM maybe not a great idea for a call lol but GO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR….. Sorry for the master class but this is true GOLD HERE.
