Let's get to know each other! Comment below sharing your name and your super power! Don't know what super power is? That's okay just tell us something you think is cool about yourself! Oh and let us know where you are from!

Hey Real Estate Academy! I am Julie, and I am excited to be joining as an admin alongside April! My job is simple. Help keep this space active, valuable, and laser focused on what matters most for YOUR business. A little about me: 🏠 Private money lender and real estate investor 📍 Originally from Sarasota, FL but currently living and working out of my van traveling the country! Real estate and private lending have given me the freedom to work from anywhere. To build a life completely on my own terms. And that freedom started with one thing: Consistent lead generation. Without leads nothing else matters. No deals. No capital. No freedom. April built this community around solving exactly that and that is exactly why I am here. Before I do anything else I want to hear from YOU. Drop your answer in the comments in one line: Where are you RIGHT NOW in your real estate journey and what is the ONE thing standing between you and your next level? I personally read and respond to every comment. Let's go! 🔥 Do not miss this Wednesday at 3:30pm EST. April has a guest joining us who is going to share exactly how he generates real estate leads through social media. Details dropping soon. 🔗 https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87105007205?pwd=966xaopMI5fyecfqRz6JAJIc2aZGv3.1 PS: That is me somewhere in Colorado on a recent hike. Zoom in and spot the mountain goat photobombing me! 🐐 This is the life real estate has given me. We got this!! Julie
