Also, over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how in the world I was going to fix the constant back-and-forth of "did you see the new draft?" and hunting down files, and I know a lot of people here have been too. Anyway, I was talking to ChatGPT and I think I've got it. Wanted to share it with you all in case it was helpful (should be less than $10/m): 1. Set up a Zapier trigger to watch your AI content output folder or database for new files. 2. Create an action to automatically copy new drafts to the correct client folder in Google Drive or Dropbox. 3. Add a step to set proper folder permissions so the client team can access it. 4. Configure Slack or Teams notifications that tag reviewers and include the file link. 5. Optionally create approval tasks in Asana with due dates from your content calendar. Hi all, I know a lot of people here have been struggling with keeping project deadlines synced across PM tools and calendars so I spent some time working through it last week, and here's a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m: 1. Set up n8n to watch for "due date updated" webhooks from your Trello/Asana workspace 2. Connect it to your Google Calendar/Outlook to find the matching task event (creates one if missing) 3. Update the calendar event to match the new deadline automatically 4. If there's a scheduling conflict, let OpenAI suggest the nearest free slot and update both systems after you approve 5. Send a quick Slack notification to whoever's assigned with the new timeline and calendar invite Saves me about 4 hours a month of manual calendar tetris and my team actually knows when stuff is due now. Set up Make.com to monitor deals/projects with "Waiting for client" status. 2. Configure auto-reminder after 48 hours using your standard email template. 3. Program escalation sequence: after 5 business days, email client + internal account manager. 4. Auto-post to team Slack channel and tag project owner. 5.
