How to automatically send drafts to clients
Hi everyone. Have really been struggling with getting content drafts to clients smoothly recently. Also, over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how in the world I was going to fix the constant back-and-forth of "did you see the new draft?" and hunting down files, and I know a lot of people here have been too. Anyway, I was talking to ChatGPT and I think I've got it. Wanted to share it with you all in case it was helpful (should be less than $10/m): 1. Set up a Zapier trigger to watch your AI content output folder or database for new files. 2. Create an action to automatically copy new drafts to the correct client folder in Google Drive or Dropbox. 3. Add a step to set proper folder permissions so the client team can access it. 4. Configure Slack or Teams notifications that tag reviewers and include the file link. 5. Optionally create approval tasks in Asana with due dates from your content calendar.
