Hi everyone. Have really been struggling to figure out how to solve client communication delays recently. Also, over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how in the world I was going to fix projects stalling while waiting for client approvals and I know a lot of people here have been too.

Anyway, I was doing some thinking and research, and I think I've got it. Wanted to share it with you all in case it was helpful (should be less than $10/m):

1. Set up Make.com to monitor deals/projects with "Waiting for client" status.

2. Configure auto-reminder after 48 hours using your standard email template.

3. Program escalation sequence: after 5 business days, email client + internal account manager.

4. Auto-post to team Slack channel and tag project owner.

5. Update project notes with timestamps for each reminder/escalation.
