First embodiment class tonight 💃💋

Hi angels! Tonight we have our first embodiment class from 5:30-6:30 PST. The invitation is to wear something that emanates your unique ESSENCE in this moment. If you want to wear lingerie, that’s beautiful. If you want to wear a hoodie, amazing. Really allowing this to be a place for our are full spectrum aliveness. Please have your space set up with either a soft rug, yoga mat or knee pads as we will be doing some floor work. This is a place for EMBODIMENT, not performance. Come with an open mind and a dedication to honoring your physical, emotional & spiritual body above all else. So excited to be with you all soon. ♥️
