Day 6 done. What triggered me? The dessert course at a restaurant. Family pressure to order something. 1. What thought fired off first? FOMO and “here we go again” 2. What emotion followed? Frustration 3. What action did I take (or not take)? I ordered a decaf coffee but had a bite of someone else’s dessert 4. What identity did that reinforce? Both really. Undaunted but also directionless.
So this goes right along with Day 7 work.“If there wasn’t so much outside noise, then I’d stay on track” flipped to “A woman who is invested in her best self and health stays on track with that goal.”
