Stickers on guitars
Ok, so this is probably a topic with serious opions, but…how do you all feel about putting stickers on your guitars. I’ve never really been for it, but my kid made some art and the school sent stickers of it and I was so proud and put one on one of my guitars

Personally not a fan. I could see doing it with my kids art though, but I would have a hard time figuring out which one lol

I recently switched to Ernie Ball Paradigm strings and I’m really liking them. For one, I haven’t broken a string since I switched. Secondly, maybe I subliminally fell for their marketing, but they seem to sound brighter. Gauge 9’s. Why? I don’t know. I’ve gone back and forth from 9/10. 9 seems right lol

Ruff week.
I have had a ruff week, last Thursday we got hit from behind in a hit and run situation, now I’m sore as heck, especially my hands they jammed up against the steering wheel pretty hard, aside from the whiplash I am ok and so is the other half, weee alive but the vehicle not so much. Haven’t been able to play much since then, hopefully that changes soon! Hope the rest of you have an amazing weekend!

Sorry to hear that, hope you’re both okay and get better soon. I had a rib injury that kept me from playing, and it was double torture.

Headstock tuners
I see headstock tuners getting a lot of hate. Unless my amp has a built in tuner, headstock tuners are all I have used in the last 15 years. What should I be using? What’s wrong with headstock tuners?

Thank you all. Very helpful. I have a Fender and a Taylor headstock tuners. 90% of what I do is at home or in a home studio, so noise really isn’t a problem. I will look in to Guitar Tuna and Super Snark

Who has?
Just wondering how many of you have actually named your guitars? It’s something I’ve tried to do but I have a hard time with it not becoming weird or some overly complicated thing. So if you did. How did you go about it and what helps you in naming them? Sadly I have on named the one I made as the angel guitar because of the image in it.
