Starting April 1, we’ll be opening the doors of this community a little wider. And I want to say this clearly…this will always remain a grief-centered space first. A place where people can come as they are.Where nothing about your loss needs to be explained or justified. Where you don’t have to hold it together, rush your healing, or pretend you’re okay. As we grow, we’re being very intentional about how we do it —because what we’ve built here matters. There will be limited spots for membership (not just following),so we can continue to protect the depth, safety, and connection inside this space. As a member, here’s what you receive: - Unlimited access to all grief support groups (with many more being added) - Ongoing monthly sessions — real continuity, not just drop-in moments - Live Q&A with me — direct access, real guidance, real conversations - Entry into all workshops - Full access to every course — including audio-based experiences designed to help you create real breakthroughs in your grief - Discounts on all live events and products - A space where your grief is not something to fix… but something to be supported through This is about being held in something consistent. Not just consuming content — but actually being in the work. Upgrade your membership HERE: https://www.skool.com/mastergrief-8891/plans There are also only 6 spots left for the upcoming grief retreat. For details, click here:https://www.cognitoforms.com/GetReal3/GriefRetreat About the Retreat This summer, I’m hosting an intimate MasterGrief retreat in Fairfield for those who are ready to move beyond surviving loss and begin rebuilding their life with meaning. This is not a typical workshop. It’s a high-touch, immersive grief experience designed to give you the space, structure, and guidance most people never receive. What makes this retreat different is the proximity. We are not meeting in a conference room and going our separate ways at the end of the day.

Just take me off of automatic for April and than we can put me on for May
Three things you can do in grief when you feel lonely at night…
1. Let yourself feel it without trying to fix it.Nighttime is when everything gets quiet, and all the feelings you pushed away during the day show up. You don’t always need to solve it. Sometimes you just need to sit there and admit… this hurts, I miss them, and tonight feels heavy. 2. Put something on in the background.Silence can make grief louder. A TV show, music, a podcast, even noise in another room can help your nervous system settle. It doesn’t mean you’re avoiding your grief. It just means you’re giving your mind a break. 3. Reach for connection, even if it’s small.Text someone. Go into an online group. Read something that reminds you you’re not the only person in the world feeling this way. Loneliness in grief isn’t just about missing them… it’s about feeling like no one understands. Connection helps with that. Nights can feel like the hardest part of grief. Not because you’re weak… but because there’s nothing left to distract you from what your heart knows is missing.

Master Grief’s First Annual Grief Retreat This summer, I’m hosting an intimate MasterGrief retreat in Fairfield for those who are ready to move beyond surviving loss and begin rebuilding their life with meaning. This is not a typical workshop. It’s a high-touch, immersive grief experience designed to give you the space, structure, and guidance most people never receive. What makes this retreat different is the proximity. We are not meeting in a conference room and going our separate ways at the end of the day. We are living this experience together. We’ll be sharing a home, meals, conversations, quiet moments, and real life in between the work. You’ll have direct access to me—not just during sessions, but throughout the entire experience. The conversations don’t end when the workshop does… they continue over coffee in the morning, while cooking together, on walks, and in those in-between moments where real healing happens. August 7–9 (Arrive August 6, retreat begins the morning of the 7th) This experience will include: • Comfortable lodging (private or shared rooms) • All meals and beverages throughout the weekend • Cooking together as a form of grounding and connection • Guided breathwork sessions to help release what the body is holding • Guided grief workshops with me • Small group coaching sessions • Group integration and reflection circles • Nature walks and quiet reflection time • Structured journaling exercises • Evening conversations and deep processing sessions • Practical tools for rebuilding life after loss To preserve the intimacy and depth of this work, the retreat is limited to just 12 participants. Investment: Shared Room: $2,700 Private Room: $3,900 VIP Intensive/ with Private Room: $4,500 The VIP experience includes: • A private 90-minute one-on-one session with me during the retreat • Private dinner with me and the coaching team on August 6 • A signed copy of In the Trenches: A Coach’s Walk Through Grief • Two private follow-up Zoom sessions after the retreat
