Hi, I’m Sean Galligan, founder of SPG Construction & Development, a veteran-owned general contracting company based in Brockton, Massachusetts. I’m a Massachusetts Maritime Academy graduate with a background in engineering, and I’ve worked for both the VA healthcare system and the Army Corps of Engineers. Over the last 13 years, I’ve also invested in multifamily rental properties. I’m actively growing my business and real estate portfolio. I started my business on April 27th 2025. Since that time I have created my LLC, made my business plan, secured funding to buy my equipment and run my business (18.5k), designed my logo, flyer, business cards and website, secured my first client in working with the town of Mansfield. Every day I still go out to business and tell them about my services and scout areas for construction going on. I am telling everyone that is still in the fence about it go for it. It's not easy but it's fulfilling, I work everyday hard as I can and will continue to work hard till I reach my goal of 4 jobs a month. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask I am still learning and getting started myself but any advice I can give I will.
