What to know the Secret to Success....
Most people think success is about doing one thing perfectly. But that’s not how it works. Success isn’t about perfection. It’s about building layers of experience over time. It’s about failing, learning, and coming back stronger. What Is Skill Stacking? Skill stacking is the process of learning from your mistakes and using that experience to level up. It’s not about mastering one skill. It’s about combining multiple skills and experiences to make you more effective and adaptable. Think about it like building a puzzle: - Every mistake is a new puzzle piece. - Every reflection helps you figure out where that piece fits. - The more pieces you collect, the clearer the big picture becomes. The process looks like this: ✅ Discover → Find out what works and what doesn’t. ✅ Learn → Gain just enough knowledge to take action (not analysis paralysis). ✅ Execute → Take action, even if you’re not 100% ready. ✅ Reflect → Look back at what worked and what didn’t. ✅ Stack → Apply what you learned and keep building. You don't need to have all the answers — you just need to START Perfection Isn't the Goal — PROGRESS IS Most people wait for the "right time." They wait until they have all the answers. They wait until they feel ready. But here’s the TRUTH: You’ll never feel ready. The only way to succeed is to take action before you’re ready. Learn as you go. Make mistakes. Adjust. That’s how you win. 🔥 Take Action Today What’s one thing you’ve been putting off because you’re scared to fail?

Absolutely! Real estate offers a variety of income-producing streams, from rental income to property appreciation, flipping houses, and even passive income through REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts), lending, etc. When someone understands how to tap into these streams, it becomes a powerful tool for building wealth. It take action people.
The Truth About Taking Action (Even When You’re Scared)
We've been told for so long: "Don’t put yourself out there." "People will talk about you." "What if you fail?" But here’s the TRUTH: The only real failure is not taking action at all. I used to think I needed all the answers before I started. But that’s not how SUCCESS works! You DON'T need to know everything. You just need to know ENOUGH to start. Mistakes are part of the process, and you make them, the faster you learn. How We're Trained to Fear Mistakes: Think about school: - You're taught the material. - You take a test. - If you fail, you’re punished with a bad grade, but no one teaches you how to fix it. So you START avoiding mistakes altogether… and stop taking action. That mindset sticks with us. But in business? Mistakes = Growth Mistakes = Learning Mistakes = Wisdom When I first started flipping houses, I had no idea what I was doing. I hired a plumber and they cut corners. I hired an electrician and they made mistakes. Then the building inspector came in and he tore it apart. I could have quit, but instead, I LEARNED. I BUILT skills. I STACKED those skills. What’s one thing you’ve been holding back on because you were afraid to fail and what would happen if you just went for it anyway?

That's an interesting point! Failing often teaches valuable lessons about what doesn't work, which can be just as important as knowing what does. It's a reminder that failure isn't permanent—it’s part of the process of growth and discovery. Their are those who have built it multiple times, it shows that they possess skills, resilience, and strategies that go beyond just luck. If someone can lose it and build it again, it's a testament to the mindset and understanding they've developed about how to create and maintain wealth. Have you been reflecting on these ideas in relation to your own experiences, or just contemplating the concept in general?
🚀 Would You Join a Foreclosure Challenge?
When speaking with Eric today, we discussed one of the biggest struggles we hear from our members—finding motivated sellers. One of the biggest game-changers in our business was focusing on foreclosures and using the Sales Accelerator for a targeted call & text campaign. But what really set us apart was approaching these sellers differently than other investors—offering real help instead of just another lowball offer. 🔥 We’re thinking about running a Foreclosure Challenge! Here’s what it would include: ✅ How to pull a foreclosure list quickly & affordably in your market ✅ Using the Sales Accelerator for a targeted call & text campaign ✅ Standing out from other investors by positioning yourself as a resource (help first, and when they can’t keep the home, you’ll be their go-to solution!) ✅ Working with banks to postpone foreclosure so you can complete the sale ✅ Understanding the foreclosure process to position yourself as an expert with potential leads This challenge will teach you how to differentiate yourself from the flood of investors reaching out to these sellers—so they see you as the trusted expert, not just another person making an offer. I have found the key to foreclosure list is the date the NOD is filed and the day one receives the list. Any think greater than 3 days I consider dated.
Motivation Trick to Start Propsecting - Cold Calling
If trepidation, fear, or procrastination are preventing me from cold calling, I roll the dice that I keep on my desk. It is a reminder that prospecting is a numbers game. We all know that if you roll the dice enough times you will roll a double (the same number apprears on both dice). When the roll is not a double, you just roll again - just like cold calling. If the first call doesn't get you a warm lead or an appointment or a new task, call the next number. No harm , no foul. When you get a "NO", you say, "Next!" I hope this will help you today.

Starting with a simple question like, "Is this a good time?" really shows respect for the other person’s time, and it can make the conversation more comfortable right off the bat. It’s a matter of timing and circumstances. If someone’s not in the right headspace, no matter how good the pitch is, it won’t land well—just like calling someone during a big event like the Super Bowl. It’s all about reading the situation.
Inbox Clearing
So, I cleared my inbox today. Hooray! I know with every call I am one call closer to a deal. How are y'all doing?
