🚗 Why You MUST Build a Waitlist Before You Even Have a Car
If you’re waiting to buy a car before marketing… You’re already behind. One of the biggest mistakes beginners make is this: They buy inventory first and look for customers second. That’s backwards. In this business, demand should come FIRST. 🔥 Why a Waitlist Is Essential When you build a waitlist before you have a vehicle: ✅ You already have qualified drivers to call ✅ You reduce downtime between renters ✅ You avoid desperation ✅ You control pricing ✅ You scale with confidence If a car comes back today and you have no one waiting, that vehicle sits. Every day it sits, you lose money. But if you have 10+ pre-screened drivers ready? You send one message:“Vehicle available. Who’s ready?” Fast turnaround. No panic. No scrambling. 💼 Faster Turnaround = More Profit Let’s say your weekly rate is $350. If your car sits empty for one week between renters, that’s $350 gone. Now imagine that happening across multiple vehicles. Building a waitlist protects your cash flow. The goal is simple: Always have more drivers than cars. Scarcity builds leverage. Leverage builds profit. Smart operators don’t wait for inventory to create demand. They create demand first — then bring in the vehicle. That’s how you scale without stress. If you currently have cars but no waitlist, comment “BUILDING” below.

Why I Vet the Potential Renter
A lot of people think the risk in this business is the vehicle. It’s not.The real risk is who you hand the keys to. That’s why I ask very specific questions before anyone ever touches one of my cars. Here’s exactly what I require and why 👇 ✅ 1. Driver’s License This tells me more than just legality: - How long they’ve been driving - If they’re stable and established - If they’re serious or just “shopping around” ✅ 2. Proof of Income I’m not interested in potential income.I want to see current, consistent earnings. Long-term renters pay weekly without excuses. ✅ 3. Platform Profiles + Ratings (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) This is HUGE. I ask for: - Profile screenshots - Active status - Ratings Why? Because: - High ratings = responsibility - Active accounts = consistency - Long platform history = lower risk Good drivers take care of:✔️ Their accounts✔️ Their ratings✔️ My vehicles 🎯 My Ideal Renter I am NOT targeting short-term or “just need a car for a week” renters. My ideal customer: - Keeps the car for months - Works full-time on apps - Treats the car like their livelihood - Communicates clearly - Pays weekly, on time That’s how you build predictable income, not chaos. (THIS IS FOR THE HUSTLERS)

What platform do you use to vet drivers? How can I check driving records and history?
Commercial insurances to use
GMI Roamly These insurances will most likely not cover any claims. I take the risk of taking care for any damages via good relationships with my body shop guys… any questions can go below

Do you need to add driver to policy? For example uber. Does your driver need to show he is on the policy or do you let them buy their own policy
