Why I Vet the Potential Renter
A lot of people think the risk in this business is the vehicle.
It’s not.The real risk is who you hand the keys to.
That’s why I ask very specific questions before anyone ever touches one of my cars.
Here’s exactly what I require and why 👇
✅ 1. Driver’s License
This tells me more than just legality:
  • How long they’ve been driving
  • If they’re stable and established
  • If they’re serious or just “shopping around”
✅ 2. Proof of Income
I’m not interested in potential income.I want to see current, consistent earnings.
Long-term renters pay weekly without excuses.
✅ 3. Platform Profiles + Ratings
(Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
This is HUGE.
I ask for:
  • Profile screenshots
  • Active status
  • Ratings
Why? Because:
  • High ratings = responsibility
  • Active accounts = consistency
  • Long platform history = lower risk
Good drivers take care of:✔️ Their accounts✔️ Their ratings✔️ My vehicles
🎯 My Ideal Renter
I am NOT targeting short-term or “just need a car for a week” renters.
My ideal customer:
  • Keeps the car for months
  • Works full-time on apps
  • Treats the car like their livelihood
  • Communicates clearly
  • Pays weekly, on time
That’s how you build predictable income, not chaos.
(THIS IS FOR THE HUSTLERS)
