I think the hardest part is stop lying to myself and allowing the excuses to consume me, i have bipolar and i have a mental battle daily but i know i can do it i just started medication and hoping i can do this and stay focus on myself!

@Ezzy D im great at eating junk food but struggle with actual meals so i try to stay away but when i do have a snack i tried that eat what you want add what you need and it has helped me tremendously!! (volume eating). Also i wont eat it till i weight it so i dont deprive myself but also wont just eat a whole bag so i do a serving size then add a protein and vegetables or fruit to my snack and ill be full with my serving. Also you can try the 15min method do something anything for 15 min before you go into the kitchen or grab something you want and after 15 min if you still want it have it if not then skip it!!
